I went on my last night of my Japan trip, they had a birthday event going on and didn't welcome foreigners. They should at least post that on their socials. If you're a foreigner, try to avoid event nights or they might not be able to "accomodate" you.

it's a neat little furry bar that is worthwhile to experience if you are in the area there is a cover fee as a heads up but the staff is nice and the drinks are fairly priced
