The hotel is great and the service is excellent. Owen and Ton gave us a very warm welcome.

The rooms were nice and met standard expectations, but special praise goes to the team. Antonio, Kathi, and Angie were incredibly professional, quickly resolving issues and providing helpful advice. They were polite and courteous, and I was very impressed with their service.

Rooms are good! Bathroom size is great! Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The property is dimly lit so if you like things a lil whimsical will definitely recommend It gives a very British old school vibe Breakfast spread can be improved but over all I liked my stay The location is good too

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was very impressed. The hotel is conveniently located, the atmosphere is romantic, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, especially Owen, Luktao, Angie, and Kathi. I plan to bring my family to visit and stay here again next time.

You could say that a luxury hotel is one where they never say no, but I experienced that firsthand here and I'm incredibly grateful. I won't go into detail about the things they didn't say no to, as it might cause inconvenience, but I'm truly grateful from before check-in to after check-out. I spent my last day and a half in Thailand here, and I was sad to leave as I headed to the airport to return home. I want to thank each and every staff member. I definitely want to come back. I've stayed in many hotels, both domestically and internationally, but there are very few that make me feel this way. I still remember the hospitality born from the Thai people and culture, the smiles, and the words "Sawadee." I stayed for one night as a trial, but I will definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend staying here at least once. It's a fantastic hotel with a wonderful concept, combining urban sophistication in the heart of Thailand with classic interior design.
