Nice hotel close to the Messe and easy to access using public transport. The front desk staff are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. They are very patient and always eager to help. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good although people with dietary restrictions may have limited choices. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed with you for a few days and were very satisfied. The staff were all very friendly. We were especially impressed by the lady at the reception who also serves in the bar — a Slovenian woman — who, before serving us cocktails, washed each piece of fruit, dried it, and only then cut it and added it to the drinks. This is truly commendable, as it is something you rarely experience, and considering where all this fruit comes from and how many hands it passes through, it is very welcome and appreciated. A really nice gesture. We will definitely return 😊

We stayed at your hotel right at the time of the biggest chaos regarding the hot water. We spent the entire afternoon trying to get an answer at the reception, where we were only told that they didn’t know when it would be fixed and that a technician was on the way. Pale, frightened staff members without any real answers—until the lady on the night shift arrived. Her presence was mature, professional, calming, and exceptionally warm and kind. It is obvious that she is a bit older than the others, knows how to work with people, and handles stressful situations very well. When I rather bluntly told her that I had to wash my hair, her reply was: “Madam, you will—but if by any chance there is still no hot water, I assure you that you have a wonderful hairstyle even without washing it, and it looks as fresh as if you washed it today. And what wouldn’t I give for such beautifully styled hair.” When one woman compliments another woman like that—and truly sees her beauty—it really means something. Instantly, my mood improved. I stopped complaining, even forgot to ask for a discount—but that’s okay. Sometimes a warm word is worth more than money. She also offered us two coffees, which we declined. I did, however, tell quite a few people at breakfast about this lady’s kindness, and I probably saved you from several additional complaints. She is truly exceptional, and I don’t understand why you “hide” her at night, because such experienced, stable, and confident employees should be available during the day as well. She truly represents great added value for your hotel.

Chose this hotel as I was in Graz for a midweek football match and location was perfect: easy walk to ground and convenient for tram-stop for city centre. Wasn't expecting much in terms of any Austrian feel to it though that hardly mattered. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and were only too pleased to provide local information. There was a small bar area which served arguably the best beer of the entire trip and was popular with fellow fans staying here. There was also plenty of seating. Breakfast buffet was excellent: from scrambled egg, bacon and frankfurter to ham, cheese, fruit, croissants, it had just about everything you could wish for. It wasn't included in the room rate but that didn't matter because I was unsure of the options locally when I booked. The rooms were quite small but functional and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was as you'd expect in Austria. Rooms were a little warm but opening the window would've meant noise from the street but that's to be expected in any city hotel. I was delighted to have chosen this hotel. It was very reasonably priced and it would be a first choice should I be lucky enough to visit Graz again.

Hotel experience completly ruined by not having any hot water for a bath!! Room was fine and clean beakfast was solid nothing special. Staff said there is some issues with heating but when i look at other reviews from a week ago i see people also complained so no exuses they should have fixed it.
