This is definitely a place you should visit; it's very clean and pleasant. Mr. Rufat is a very valuable person. I especially recommend meeting him. There's nothing to say negatively about the food and service; everything was magnificent.

Authentic local food and excellent service.

My wife and I went out for dinner. Mr. Rufat and Mr. Elvin were very kind and attentive. Live music started playing as soon as we entered the restaurant. They were very helpful and warm people. I don't think they treated us like tourists. When we asked about each item on the menu, they explained everything in detail, ensuring it wasn't too heavy for us. We ordered camel meat (a delicious experience), lamb liver, eggplant salad, and chicken. We also ordered ayran (a yogurt-based drink), which was very tasty. I would recommend this place.

I’ll tell you what: Best place I’ve eaten in Baku so far. Tremendous recommendations by Rufat. Cherry tomato salad (which I need to steal the recipe from) was flavorful and refreshing. He also suggested the Hamadan and Camel lule. Which were both exploding with smokiness. The flavorful depth they had is truly memorable. I also tried the smoked beluga, sturgeon and salmon which I am personally a fan of. Can’t go wrong with this place

Pleasant interior, delicious cuisine, excellent service. Manager Rufat thoroughly explained the history of Azerbaijan to us, including Shah Ismail. We highly recommend it to everyone; it's a truly unique place. We'll be recommending it to all our friends from Kazakhstan. We'll definitely be back to Sah.
