Kefli es un bar pequeño enfocado en vinos cerca de Fountain Square y lo más parecido a un lugar frecuentado por personas queer o afines en Bakú: es propiedad de gays y abiertamente amigable con la comunidad gay, con una clientela joven e internacional que no te mira raro cuando entras. No es un bar gay —Bakú no tiene ninguno que anuncie como tal—, pero es un lugar fácil y sin pretensiones donde los visitantes LGBTQ+ tienden a sentirse cómodos.
Espere una velada relajada, centrada en la conversación y con una buena selección de vinos, en lugar de una gran noche de fiesta. Como en cualquier lugar de la ciudad, mantenga las muestras públicas de afecto discretas: la bienvenida en el interior es genuina, pero la discreción en la calle todavía importa.

Beautiful atmosphere and great staff great selection of food and wine. Come and enjoy.
This little shop is really great! They have a wide selection of wines to choose from, and the local wines are delicious.
Amazing venue, serving local small plates and wine. We visited twice during our visit to Baku. Recommend making a reservation in advance if you want a table.
It's a very pleasant place; we found a table by chance, but it's better to make a reservation. The wines are delicious, and we ordered pâté and a cheese platter, all of which were very tasty.
It has become one of my favorite places in Baku. One of the features I like the most is that they serve only local wines. I think a place where local wines are served is very valuable not only for us but also for foreigners visiting the country. On the other hand, the food we ordered was also quite amazing: appetizers in a set, peanut chicken, baked camembert. Each one was excellent, completely recommended.
