Kefli è un piccolo bar focalizzato sul vino vicino a Fountain Square e la cosa più vicina a Baku a un locale regolarmente queer-adjacent: è di proprietà gay e apertamente gay-friendly, con un pubblico giovane e internazionale che non alza lo sguardo quando entri. Non è un bar gay - Baku non ne ha che si pubblicizzano come tali - ma è una stanza facile e tranquilla dove i visitatori LGBTQ+ tendono a sentirsi a proprio agio.
Aspettatevi una serata rilassata, incentrata sulla conversazione, davanti a una buona selezione di vini piuttosto che a una grande serata fuori. Come ovunque in città, mantenete le manifestazioni pubbliche di affetto discrete: l'accoglienza all'interno è genuina, ma la discrezione per strada conta ancora.

This little shop is really great! They have a wide selection of wines to choose from, and the local wines are delicious.
Amazing venue, serving local small plates and wine. We visited twice during our visit to Baku. Recommend making a reservation in advance if you want a table.
It's a very pleasant place; we found a table by chance, but it's better to make a reservation. The wines are delicious, and we ordered pâté and a cheese platter, all of which were very tasty.
It has become one of my favorite places in Baku. One of the features I like the most is that they serve only local wines. I think a place where local wines are served is very valuable not only for us but also for foreigners visiting the country. On the other hand, the food we ordered was also quite amazing: appetizers in a set, peanut chicken, baked camembert. Each one was excellent, completely recommended.
