O Kefli é um pequeno bar focado em vinhos, perto da Praça da Fonte, e o mais próximo que Baku tem de um local frequentado e amigável para a comunidade queer: é de propriedade gay e abertamente amigável para gays, com um público jovem e internacional que não olha torto quando você entra. Não é um bar gay – Baku não tem nenhum que se anuncie como tal – mas é um ambiente fácil e tranquilo onde visitantes LGBTQ+ tendem a se sentir confortáveis.
Espere uma noite relaxada, focada em conversas, com uma boa carta de vinhos, em vez de uma grande noite de festa. Como em todos os lugares da cidade, mantenha as demonstrações públicas de afeto discretas: a recepção interna é genuína, mas a discrição na rua ainda é importante.

This little shop is really great! They have a wide selection of wines to choose from, and the local wines are delicious.
Amazing venue, serving local small plates and wine. We visited twice during our visit to Baku. Recommend making a reservation in advance if you want a table.
It's a very pleasant place; we found a table by chance, but it's better to make a reservation. The wines are delicious, and we ordered pâté and a cheese platter, all of which were very tasty.
It has become one of my favorite places in Baku. One of the features I like the most is that they serve only local wines. I think a place where local wines are served is very valuable not only for us but also for foreigners visiting the country. On the other hand, the food we ordered was also quite amazing: appetizers in a set, peanut chicken, baked camembert. Each one was excellent, completely recommended.
