קפלי (Kefli) הוא בר קטן המתמקד ביין, קרוב לכיכר המזרקה (Fountain Square), והדבר הקרוב ביותר שיש לבאקו לבית קפה קווירי-אפילייטיבי קבוע: הוא בבעלות הומוסקסואלים וידידותי להומואים באופן גלוי, עם קהל צעיר ובינלאומי שלא מרים גבה כשאתם נכנסים. זה לא בר גייז – לבאקו אין כאלה שמפרסמים את עצמם כך – אבל זה חדר קל ורגוע שבו מבקרי להט"ב נוטים להרגיש בנוח.
צפו לערב רגוע, מבוסס שיחות, על פני מבחר יינות טוב, ולא לבילוי לילי גדול. כמו בכל מקום בעיר, שמרו על תצוגות פומביות של חיבה עדינות: קבלת הפנים בפנים אמיתית, אך דיסקרטיות ברחוב עדיין חשובה.

Beautiful atmosphere and great staff great selection of food and wine. Come and enjoy.
This little shop is really great! They have a wide selection of wines to choose from, and the local wines are delicious.
Amazing venue, serving local small plates and wine. We visited twice during our visit to Baku. Recommend making a reservation in advance if you want a table.
It's a very pleasant place; we found a table by chance, but it's better to make a reservation. The wines are delicious, and we ordered pâté and a cheese platter, all of which were very tasty.
It has become one of my favorite places in Baku. One of the features I like the most is that they serve only local wines. I think a place where local wines are served is very valuable not only for us but also for foreigners visiting the country. On the other hand, the food we ordered was also quite amazing: appetizers in a set, peanut chicken, baked camembert. Each one was excellent, completely recommended.
