The room was in a deplorable state: undusted, scratched and stained floor in dire need of cleaning, yellowed bathrobes, significant limescale buildup in the shower, and stained sheets. And let's not even mention the poor finishing touches: the edges of the jacuzzi were dismantled, there were holes in the walls, a ceiling tile had been lifted to accommodate the router, light fixture cables were wrapped in tape, and a gap in the bathroom wall allowed a glimpse into the next room! The bed frame needed tightening. We had ordered breakfast in our room for 9:00 AM the following morning. At 9:15 AM, still nothing, so we called them. They told us it would arrive in 15 minutes. We specified a hot chocolate and a coffee, as they didn't bother to ask. An oversight can happen, but we waited another 30 minutes for breakfast! All that for powdered hot chocolate and bottled orange juice! For €15 per person! With Kiri cheese burgers in plastic packaging and croissants and pain au chocolat... In short, the photos sell a dream but in the end they are no longer relevant...very disappointed, luckily the jacuzzi works and the bed is comfortable.

Unusual but nice... an experience. The room is fine, but the lighting is terrible: no light in the shower, which is in the bedroom, and only one bedside lamp. So you have to endure the large chandelier. Another important point: don't rely on the address to access the manor... the entrance is at: Avenue Commandant Vander Meeren

Good performance

We booked our daytime stays with this establishment for several years. They owe us hundreds of euros in commission but are no longer responding to our inquiries. I would advise no one to stay at this establishment.

The managers of this company don't seem honest. After sending them reservations, they haven't paid us the invoices owed...

Such peace and quiet, and such a friendly atmosphere! It's a shame it's during the COVID period; it's not easy for the hosts not to be able to cook, apart from the generous breakfast served in the room. Thank you for these moments. Take care. Philippart Ines, room 3
