The place is clean, practical, and very well located. It also offers a different and interesting accommodation concept. They give you a card to enter and exit the building. In the mornings, starting at 7:00 AM, they leave bread, coffee, and tea at reception. However, the service from the receptionist who attended to us was quite poor; he had an arrogant, pedantic, rude, and unprofessional attitude. On several occasions, he was unfriendly, unwilling to help, and made the experience uncomfortable from the start. I noticed that this behavior wasn't just directed at us, as he treated other guests the same way. Honestly, he gave the impression of being unhappy with his job and uninterested in providing good service. In contrast, the other receptionists were very kind and friendly; thanks to them, the experience improved considerably. Definitely, if it weren't for that man, this place would be perfect. 👌🏼

The hotel is very conveniently located near the city center. The Frauenkirche, pedestrian zone, Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, and Hofbräuhaus are all within easy walking distance. The subway is right outside the door. Friendly staff complete the experience at this 3-star hotel. The rooms are absolutely clean and nicely furnished. Fresh pretzels and fruit are occasionally offered free of charge in the mornings. The "better" hotels could learn a thing or two from this. We would gladly return. 👍

My wife and I stayed there. Overall, the hotel had a very charming and warm atmosphere. Although the room was a bit small, it was quite functional and sweetly decorated. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. The location is truly advantageous. The surroundings generally feel safe, however, a strange, almost wolf-howling sound coming from outside at night was quite disturbing. Apart from that, we had a pleasant and friendly hotel experience. It's a great choice, especially because of its location and friendly atmosphere. We stayed for 3 days and it's a great value for money hotel. I think my wife and I would stay there again.

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean room. A small negative is that it was noisy and there could be more storage space in the room.

The hotel is in a very central area and within walking distance of all tourist attractions. The metro station is right in front. The room we stayed in was small, but they made good use of the limited space. The only downside was the lack of a refrigerator. It's a good value for money hotel.

The room has its own style, what a shame that it comes with very low maintenance efforts. Objects were broken, the room was stinky and the sheets smelled very bad. I had to buy a room diffuser and some perfume sprays.
