Move hotel with great staff.

Fantastic quaint little hotel, only a short walk to the beach and restaurants, amazing views, great food and the most amazing staff, we loved our stay.

Greek method, for better or worse. Friendly management, both of the property and the bar and pool. Beautiful, quiet location, truly spacious rooms (our three-room apartment was enormous, with two private outdoor spaces), convenient street parking. Let's just say the facilities are pretty dire, and the dishes are scarce...

The rooms are old, nothing like what they show in the photos and on their website. In fact, it's a very dangerous room, especially for children, because there is an uncovered multi-socket right next to the shower, I have no words...

They only have two renovated rooms and everything else is supposedly renovated..Better to rent a storage room to stay in….they charge 140 euros for the room and it’s not even worth 40..if you have already paid in advance and did not accept to stay your money is never refunded as fair as it may be…this is a photo of the renovated room that smelled of mold….If you are wondering I have another 30 photos and videos…far away

The property is dated and definitely in need of renovation. The ensuite bathroom is very small. I didn't use the pool because the gorgeous sea is just steps away, but it seemed very well-maintained. The view from the shared terrace and the various room terraces is stunning. Waking up in the morning, opening the window and seeing that panorama was wonderful.

We stayed at Aphea Village from August 6, 2025, to August 17, 2025. The rooms need renovation. The bathroom has a bathtub, which is convenient for families with children, but it's decidedly dirty, as is the rest of the house. There were two floors with stairs, which were quite dangerous (never cleaned) to climb up and down, especially for children. The kitchenette, if we can call it that, had a two-burner stove. The air conditioning, only in the upstairs room, wasn't even fully functional, but with the heat of the night, it couldn't cool the ground floor room at all, even though they were connected. Ants were present throughout the entire stay, and they kept us company for the entire 10 days. The first night, we slept without being able to use the bathroom because the door handle was broken and remained locked when we closed it. On Sunday, being a holiday, the cleaning lady firmly emphasized to us that it wasn't cleaning day; she would only change the trash bags and not even the towels. The reception staff were absolutely non-existent, but they immediately pointed out that we had to pay the tourist tax immediately. The stairs and the long climb every single day were the best. My rating for the pool and restaurant/pool staff was 10. Very kind, welcoming, and helpful staff. Another positive is the property's location, excellent for reaching the various beaches. My rating for the sea in this area was 0.

The apartment was clean, with fresh towels and sheets. Unfortunately, there was no broom, and the staff didn't sweep the floor during the daily cleaning. The restaurant has average prices, very good food, and friendly, attentive staff. If you're traveling with Alpitour, check-out time on the last day is 11:00 AM, not 12:00 PM, as stated. I reported this to the Aphea reception. The location is good for reaching various beaches.

The apartment that we got was one of the worst that I have ever seen. The dishes in the room were still dirty. The room is very old, it needs an urgent fix. We got a two floor apartment. The stairs were dangerous, they were very abrupt and on the top of the stairs there was no bar to hold to. We got an apartment on the top of the hill, which gave us a beautiful view, but one needed about five minutes of stair climbing to get to the apartment. Due to the stairs, the hotel is not child friendly. I would never return or recommend it. There was a pool, which we never used, but people seemed to enjoy it. The manager was friendly.

This hotel is a SCAM. DO NOT go there. The photos are magnificent, the reality is disastrous. The bathrooms are simply disgusting and moldy. Even dangerous. Our shower leaked and sprayed everywhere, including on the electrical outlets and the light fixture. Guess what? Cancellation and refund are not possible. They kept €2,100, the total amount of the stay. Any reputable hotel refunds in these cases. They are dishonest. I have the pictures for anyone who is interested.

Clean rooms, nice pool, nice staff
