Gucci

I am very disappointed with my experience at the Gucci store. The blonde girl was brutally phlegmatic, Her communication was condescending and gave the impression that she was doing a favor by even talking to the customer. She spoke in a condescending tone and clearly did not care at all that she should help. She kept tapping her phone while I asked her questions. I had the feeling that she did not really understand her job and gave vague answers, could not help her with the products and just wanted to get out of the situation. This is completely unacceptable behavior in a premium store. Moreover, if someone goes in wearing something that is not “luxury-appropriate”, the contemptuous treatment is palpable. When it came to returning the item, the salespeople were dismissive rather than cooperative and unhelpful. You would expect professional, polite service from a brand like this - unfortunately there was no trace of that here.

Today I was served by a nice young gentleman! Completely, with great attention to fashion-related origins/designer details. I can only recommend the store and the salesman! 10/10-I was maximally satisfied! The shopping experience was worth it!

Pleasant music, very nice salespeople! Beautiful store... The latest models can also be found in the store.

Everyone was very kind and helpful.

The service was excellent, the lady was helpful. Although the champagne was not served. But I was still satisfied.

Limited stock. Beautiful store. Staff were polite but not very helpful. Lady left us to help another customer and didn’t come back despite us waiting.
