Terrible experience, not recommended at all. We made a reservation well in advance, and a week before, they told us they had sold more rooms than they had available and cancelled our booking. There are much more reliable alternatives. You get what you pay for. Not recommended for anyone.

Don't book this place. We made a reservation three months in advance, and they cancelled it a week before our arrival, saying they'd rented more rooms than they had available. They're not taking any responsibility, and now the remaining rooms are three times the price we were going to pay.

Booked a month in advance through Booking.com. We arrived to find our reservation had been “canceled” despite the full charge still showing on our account. No warning. No call. No email. The staff offered virtually no assistance. The woman at the front desk stood and stared at us rather than making any effort to help. We spent over two hours on the phone with Booking.com ourselves scrambling to find last-minute accommodation after what should have been a straightforward check-in. The property runs on outdated systems and is severely understaffed. This is clearly what caused the error and we were left to deal with the consequences alone. Save yourself the stress. This place is awful. Nothing nice to say. Not even cheap. Wall lights were hanging off and the switch for them was behind the headboard, so they would not function without pulling the bed forward. Shower and toilet shared by 4 rooms. No tea or coffee, no hairdryer, no coat hangers and, when asked, they didn't know what coat hangers were. The TV was hooked up to an extension lead, that was precariously balanced on an upturned waste bin. The blinds were smashed to bits and did not function at all. Floors are uneven and anything with wheels ended up near the door lol. Our trip was all Male and went for the craic, so we were able to laugh it off, but I definitely would not recommend it. There was an intruder alarm going off on a near building for almost 36 hours. In the fridge, down in the "kitchen" there was rotten food that stunk. This place needs looking at by a Government body, it is a health hazard and unsafe in my opinion. I have lots of photos, but unable to post for some reason.

The place is loacted near to the city and train station, which made getting around super easy. I loved the atmosphere and how clean and comfortable the room was. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall experience was really enjoyable

It has an excellent location, friendly staff, and everything is clean. I recommend it.

Good location, that's why I give it two stars. There was no hairdryer available, no kettle, no coffee or tea as stated in the information in the ad, so I consider the price excessive. The room was very small and I couldn't sleep because of the amount of noise from other rooms.

Greta location close to train station. Unfortunately warm water in the shower was not working. Only one towel for two people.

Upon our arrival, the person at the reception told us that he had not received the payment for the reservation, even though we had paid an hour earlier. The next day, he informed us that he still had not received anything and threatened to take our belongings and put them outside, even though the payment had indeed been received and confirmed by the platform. Is this professional? His behavior is shameful and unworthy of a host. I strongly advise against this hotel.
