Hampton by Hilton Lodz City Center

The receptionist was humorless. I asked for one day of parking, and she charged me two days. She answered questions with a scowl. I understand everyone has a bad day, but in a job like this, you can be nicer and care about the hotel's image. Because customers should come back :)

Everything is in perfect order.

A great hotel at a very reasonable price on Piotrkowska Street in the city center. Nothing more to add!

I'm deducting all the stars because what's the point of it being nice or clean if the noisy and blowing ventilation makes it impossible to sleep and we'll all end up in a madhouse.

Beware of this restaurant! Wait times for simple dishes often exceed an hour. The staff doesn't inform you about the extended wait time. They struggle to serve 10 guests. Kitchen chaos and mixed-up orders are common. Furthermore, the staff blames the chef, refusing to take responsibility for the place they create together.

Great hotel, but the breakfasts are a disaster. I don't recommend it! We spent last weekend at the hotel. The location is fantastic (just off Piotrkowska Street), and the room, cleanliness, and service – everything was great. Unfortunately, the magic breaks in the morning. I've never had such a dramatic breakfast in any hotel. They're worse than you could imagine – serving something like that is a disgrace for the establishment.

Spotlessly clean hotel - remember that parking is paid; they may charge extra if you stay longer than 24 hours - 90 zloty per day.

There is no good parking, sometimes there is not enough space, especially on weekends with a bus, it is difficult to find a sale, breakfast is minimal like at the Hilton
