Sava Riverbank (Črnuče)

The left bank of the Sava river near Črnuče, in the north of Ljubljana, is a long-standing naturist and gay cruising area — a wooded riverside stretch with a nude beach that draws a gay crowd on warm afternoons and weekends. It is informal and tolerated rather than official. Slovenia is LGBTQ-friendly and safe, but this is an outdoor, secluded spot: go in daylight, keep valuables out of sight (car break-ins have been reported), respect other visitors' discretion and consent, and mind local public-decency rules.
