Holel Terraza Monasterio

One of the worst places I've ever stayed in. Very dirty and poorly maintained. Not recommended at all. Plus, it was expensive. The room was awful: damp, dirty, the bathroom door didn't close properly, there was a hole in the ceiling, the mattress was sagging, the floor was covered in stains... a disaster.

Good value x money- they had an agreement with public car parking but no longer. CAR PARKING el Triunfo is good and if you pay with app is cheaper especially if you have to park overnight. Be careful when you drive out as many exit are really narrow.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms and a top-notch terrace with 360º views over Granada.

The room didn't match the photos at all. There was dampness on the walls, it wasn't very clean, and the shower tray was rusty. I wouldn't recommend it at all. And then, out of nowhere, they claimed we hadn't showered because we used towels and charged us an extra 20 euros for supposedly tearing a shower curtain. It was shameful. And to top it all off, the receptionist hung up on me laughing. Awful.

The only truly good things about the hotel are the location and the service from some of the staff... The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: dust all over the room, a plastic sheet next to the door in the hallway that stayed there for the entire three days of my stay, uncomfortable beds, and a bathtub with paint patches, dampness, an old showerhead, and a door that didn't close properly. Not to mention the neglected state of the walls, which showed signs of dampness and cracks, and the soundproofing, which is practically nonexistent since you can hear even when someone is using the bathroom in another room... In conclusion, this hotel desperately needs a renovation.

The hotel looked alright at first glance, but even though we booked the cheapest room, everything was incredibly dirty. I didn't even dare touch the shower curtain. The floor and walls were filthy. There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the ventilation system, which permeated the rooms. The sheets had holes and the towels were stained. There was absolutely no soundproofing, neither from the street nor from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Terrible hotel: dirty, dilapidated and unpleasant.
