Ok if you want just a bed to sleep in but the service was terrible, no staff on the terrace no idea how I was supposed to order anything there, have to leave key at desk is annoying, wifi didnt work in room had to ask for an alternative wifi at reception, shower was rarely hot, very thin walls you can hear everything very noisy and the window was a view of an interior wall

From the moment you walk in until you leave, you feel like you've been ripped off. The room was ridiculous, filthy, and damp. To top it all off, the bathroom was so small you had to close the door to use the toilet. The bathtub or shower tray (I don't really know what to call it) was rusty and moldy, the shower curtain was disgusting, and to my surprise, they charged me €20 because they said I'd broken it and couldn't even shower because of how filthy it looked. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

The terrace at Hotel Monasterio is highly recommended. Enjoy stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and excellent service. It's perfect for breakfast, lunch, or simply a drink while taking in the surroundings. Every time I've been, the experience has been fantastic. Definitely a place to return to.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in...the only good thing was the location and the views of the monastery...on the second night we found a live cockroach...the "chill out" buffet breakfast was nowhere to be found, the photos were misleading...it was decorated like we were in a dirty underground parking garage, and the food was spoiled and awful. We had enough for two breakfasts, but on the second day we preferred to eat out...the TV and the air conditioning turned on by themselves, and they only cleaned the room for free the first day; on subsequent days you had to notify reception and they charged for cleaning...I've never seen anything like it.
