Fine hotel, a bit dated but a great bed and the resort is cleaned really well, as is your room every day. The staff is really super friendly. The food is also good and varied; some people complain about this, I really don't understand why. The location is perfect, a good base and right on the beach (15 min walk) or you can take the hotel shuttle bus for free. You can rent a car next to the hotel for €50 per day, fully insured, no excess. We were here with a family of 4 for 1 week (really enough) at the end of July 2026 and we really enjoyed it; it is warm on the island with always a breeze which makes it bearable. And as a point of criticism, the pool could be filtered/cleaned better; how well they polish and change everything is commendable, but you don't see that energy reflected as much in the pool water.

As a family of 6 including grandparents grandchildren and parents, rooms were bright and clean, we had a fridge and coffee making facilities.maid service was excellent so are the bar staff,only one problem when we moved a table slightly so my grandchildren could sit with us which we would have repositioned one of the female waiting service was quite abrupt and moved it back. The food was mostly a good standard. Sausages and bacon need to be cooked more. For me I don't eat pork and unfortunately a lot of your evening dishes either contained pork or were very pork based.. I would still come back for another visit

Clean tidy room

Good morning, I just returned from a nine-day holiday at this hotel with my son. First of all, I have great respect for the kitchen staff. I admire all the waiters for their calmness and patience. The guests behave like animals! They serve more food than they can fit on their plates. Why? No one should go hungry! The food is delicious! The hotel is in a great location, and the reception staff is friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there are also some drawbacks: the cleaning staff should be replaced; they are sloppy and even leave gloves behind. It's a disaster! Another major drawback is all the bar staff. They should all be replaced. I had the all-inclusive package, and they told me to get Coca-Cola from a machine. Is there beer too? What did I pay for? Do I have to serve myself? What a mess! Overall, the hotel is good, but the guests are animals. I wanted to emphasize that this is just my opinion, and I have the right to express it.

A 10 out of 10. Excellent service. The pool water was refreshingly cool. The food was delicious and there was a great variety. I loved the entertainment. The games were fantastic. And all the staff were very friendly and always had a big smile. I'll be back.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in July with my partner and some friends. The value for money was good. The pool was large and very crowded. There's a very nice indoor jacuzzi. The buffet was very good, with a wide variety of options. The rooms were terrible—the beds, the pillows, and the bathroom were awful. They urgently need renovation. The best thing about the hotel was the staff; they were all very friendly and attentive, but especially one waitress, Grimanesa. She's a true Canarian star! Thank you for your excellent and professional service.

It's very well located. Although it's true the facilities need some renovation, we loved it. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable. What impressed me most was the buffet, which had excellent quality and variety of food. The pool is a bit small for the number of people there, but overall I give it 5 stars because it's a peaceful stay and we were very comfortable.

DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, i had informed the hotel of my severe nut allergy before arrival and was told to let the restaurant staff know, upon doing this i was treated as an inconvenience, the staff member Frank, briefly told me i can and can’t and “might be able” to have a small area of the buffet and swiftly walked away! the majority of food is NOT labeled and food that is labeled is the same for every meal, even salad is not an option for a nut allergy. i ended up having to eat at the local mc donald’s for a lot of my trip, not nutritious nor what i wanted after paying over £900 for an all inclusive holiday, there were also ants in the room which was the least of my worries, all the bar staff were great, and reception and cleaners, restaurant staff really let it down!

The hotel itself is excellent — facilities, staff, food, and rooms are all great. Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review due to a serious commercial issue. I booked 13 nights at an agreed price (€2,595.77). I called to add just one extra night and was told it could be done at the same cost, simply adding the extra day. Instead, in the modified confirmation they had repriced ALL 13 original nights at a higher flat rate, bringing the total to €2,972.77 — €164 extra that was never agreed upon. I contacted both the hotel and the Servatur head office multiple times with documentary proof (two confirmations with the same booking code), but they refuse to refund the difference, claiming they informed me of the new price — which is simply not true. Adding one night = a scam. I am filing a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre and the Spanish consumer protection authority. If you book here, be very careful with any phone-based modification — always check the written confirmation immediately.
