I’ve just returned from my first stay at Servatur Waikiki in Gran Canaria, travelling solo, and I had a fantastic holiday. The staff were amazing from start to finish – always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. As a solo traveller, I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. The resort itself was brilliant, with great facilities, a lovely atmosphere, and plenty to enjoy. I stayed on the all-inclusive package and was very impressed with the food and drink options. There was a good variety available each day, and everything was well organised. The only small issue was that the door handle in my room was quite wobbly and could do with some maintenance. However, this was a very minor problem and didn’t impact my stay at all. Overall, I had a wonderful first experience at Servatur Waikiki and would definitely consider returning in the future. Highly recommended!

I don’t usually write reviews, however after reading some reviews before going away I was a bit a nervous. I can say please ignore the negative reviews. We had the most amazing 10 days, the food is brilliant, plenty to choose from. We were all inclusive and the drinks were plentiful. The honey rum is amazing! The animation team are great. The hotel is very clean, yes certain parts are outdated, however you can not fault the cleanliness. For the price we paid and even if we had to pay a bit more I would not be complaining. Bedrooms are a decent size, cleaned daily. People have made comments about the noise levels, we found that depended on who was staying, and I do not feel this can be blamed on the hotel.l but the respect of people staying there. All in all we had the most amazing 10 days and will certainly look at returning in the future

We’re currently on day 5 of our week-long holiday, and honestly, I cannot fault this hotel. I’m quite fussy when it comes to accommodation, so the fact that I haven’t had a single complaint says a lot. The location is perfect, the hotel is spotless, and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There’s also plenty of choice when it comes to food and drinks. Our room has been kept immaculately clean, and our housekeeper, Celeste, has been absolutely fantastic. She is such a lovely lady, and before finishing work for her two days off, she gave my daughter and me a big hug. It was such a kind and heartfelt gesture that made our stay even more special. Our room is 846 I would highly recommend this hotel and am thoroughly enjoying every moment of our holiday.

My lovely wife booked this hotel a long time ago for my birthday.Just 3nights. On arrival was told to return later at 2.30 due to being too early. Returned checked in and after a long walk to our room was very disappointed to see no fridge !! After another long walk to reception was told that my wife had booked a standard room!! And if we wanted an upgrade we had to pay €15 a night extra !! At first we refused Went for something to eat returned an hour later and took the upgrade. On entering our new room everything seemed fine apart from no milk for our coffee Went Back to reception+ complained Almost 3 hours later returned to our room to discover a bottle of champagne and chocolates My b'day treat.

Fantastic holiday. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms cleaned, towels changed (if left on floor) daily. A little dated, no fridge, beds do roll around a bit & squeak, but spotless clean. Food is plentiful and REALLY GOOD, always hot with lots of choice. The snack bar has limited choice but the chef there knows what's he's doing & everything is cooked to perfection, sorry I don't know his name as the cooking staff don't display their names, but he is a credit to this hotel. Drinks are also really good. Cocktails very strong & a lovely touch with them in a slushie machine. Tropical large on self service pump along with wine, soft drinks, teas & coffee. Bar staff extremely friendly and very pleasant. Queues sometimes at the pool bar but the staff quickly works through it. Sun loungers sometimes have the holiday idiots putting towels out at god knows what time, but honestly there is no need as there are plenty of beds for everyone regardless of what time you go there. The main pool large & again spotless. Every morning there was someone scrubbing & cleaning the sun loungers which was lovely to see as many hotels don't do this. Adults only part lovely addition especially the large hot tub/jacuzzi, but people do seem to stay in there a long time not allowing others to have use of it. When you do manage to get in OMG it's boiling hot. Entertainment ok. Something on every night, but standard All Inclusive except for the acrobatic/limbo dancers - they were really good. There is a nightclub thingie downstairs that puts on a karaoke every night after the evening entertainment have finished. The hotel is what i call centrally located. 10mins walk to the beach (if you go left out of the hotel). Shopping centres are plentiful in playa del ingles - the Yumbo also 10mins walk. Maspalomas sand dunes hell of a walk from the hotel, would recommend taking the fee bus. Taxi rank right outside hotel. Quite reasonable on their prices. £45 to airport. Apparently hotel puts on free shuttle bus, but I didn't enquire or use so cannot say anything about it, same as the gym, kiddies pool, tennis courts etc. This is a really good honest hotel where you will have a lovely holiday. Would recommend. Thank you servatur waikiki. Hopefully see you soon.

It was good at all levels. I liked the hotel very much, nothing negative to point out. The staff very friendly, good restaurant, lots of variety of food. Location 10 min walk from the beach. It is not on the sea but the path is good to do and easy! I recommend the hotel ⭐️ Special thanks to the animator Marcos, it was 5 stars ⭐️ “Aiii Papaaa” 👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely loved Wakiki. I had heard good things but the rooms, the food, the pool and the staff were amazing. In particular, the entertainment team including Marcus and Patricia made everyone feel so welcome and pitched the activities at the right level for whoever was joining in. Definitely a highlight and looking forward to coming back. The location was handy for getting the local buses, walking to the beach and in easy reach of lots of shops. A great atmosphere with enough going on without being too much.

Location is perfect- 20 mins from airport. Short walk to the town. The hotel had lots of rooms but did not feel too busy at all. The staff were very friendly and always on hand to help. We used maintenance and first aid which were quick to access and helpful. We are a family with 4 young children and were given two rooms adjoining which I was a bit skeptical about at first but we shut off one door and all worked well. We also had a cute little enclosed garden which was really helpful when the kids were done with the pool for the day. There are lifts for buggy’s/ wheelchairs. Lots of options for food and drink. I saw some people with premium all inclusive, but not sure how you could upgrade to this, may be worth it if you fancy more extravagant cocktails etc.. The kids pool was perfect for us with a little fence all the way around and one exit. Knee height water which was just ideal for our kids. We tried the big pool on a couple of occasions and always found a sunbed. Again had a shallow end and the kids loved it too. The entertainment was great, usually a singer but on a couple of nights was circus or acrobatics. All entertaining , Then followed by karaoke (every night). To improve my one suggestion would be food labelling, some is labelled but not always accurate, this was tricky with an allergy child. Some staff understood and were able to help, others weren’t sure. We will no doubt return next year!

Good location, 10 minute walk to the promenade, another 10 minutes down the steps to the beach. Great atmosphere around the pool, with activities such as water polo, bingo, shuffleboard all bringing families from around the world together. We had a top floor apartment which was clean and had a double balcony - perfect. Evening entertainment was good - singers and acrobats, with karaoke in the underground bar until midnight. We only paid for breakfast but we had a good selection of hot food, cereals and pancakes. Can't fault the Waikiki.
