Wow.......the staff are so rude. Never again

Don’t waste your money. It’s tiny, which should mean it’s friendly and more personal, but it’s the opposite. The manager is unwelcoming and rude - tall middle-aged Latino guy - he’s solely responsible for having so many people say they’d never go back. It’s less than a 1/3rd the size of the other two saunas in London centre and yet charges the same price with much less facilities and always quiet. Been there twice but won’t be going back. Funny enough, I was talking with a guy in another sauna recently and we laughed with each other because we both had the exact same experience and said that this was the only sauna we had both ever been in that we would never go back to due to the manager / receptionist

Attended with a group of friends and really pleased and impressed by the venue. Yes it is smaller than the other saunas, but it is CLEAN, the layout really nice, great jacuzzi, nice bar and chill out area. Would definitely attend again with my pals. Steam room could be warmer, but are you really there for the steam?

I can’t believe the level of customer service and support they provide! Atrocious management, poorest of services, attitude problems with customers ! Fernando whoever is at the door is an embarrassment! He should have some sort of customer service experience before jumping into a role dealing with the public. I wasn’t aware that upon arrival we had to say if we needed a small or a bigger towel as their towels are very small. So I went back to the bar to get exchanged, he point blank said : bar is closed ! So I went out to get another towel. He said no you can’t come out like that ! All i wanted was a bigger towel. He could’ve easily sorted that…. So asked me to leave. No questions asked I left. NEVER TO RETURN! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! Horrid behaviour Absolutely unacceptable

I had the worst experience not because of spa but the guy who is on the reception . because my boyfriend was leaving he did not let me stay .. and came inside the sauna to let me go.. also he have such bad accent to understand

Very nice spa. Staff were friendly. Place was kept very clean. Couches and benches all well maintained. Facilities are all good. The place IS small. Okay, that’s livable. I would have liked to have seen a pure dark room (no light) where you could introduce yourself anonymously and some glory hole areas like in a multi-level room.

Oh dear! All " saunas" are a relic of the past! Your better off on Hampstead Heath!

I don’t understand where all these bad reviews are from, or this was in the past. I’ve had really nice experience in this sauna. Staffs were continually working and keeping the place clean as possible. I have to say it was quite, but there was enough hot guys around to have fun with. I’ve been there actually for massage and massage from Sergio was so so good. Thanks and see you soon.

Friendly staff clean establishment and very nice inside. The customers are a good healthy mixture. The steam room stopped working Halfway through the night and the showers were a bit on the cool side. Having now been to all the gay spa's in London I must say that this one doesn't get the credit it deserves! Although it's small to medium it is still spacious due to its layout it's the cleanest in London as well ,the staff are always on point and the customers are always respectful it has the best bar and lounging area and the most beautiful jacuzzi . The suna is at a good temperature and so is the steam room . The massage there was great as well . Plus it's location is perfect loads of bars and restaurants near by and just a short walk from either Covent garden or Tottenham Court road stations And oasis sports center isn't far away either

I had a deep tissue massage last Thursday from Jonathan and it was just what I needed!! As I instruct pole and aerial I find it hard to find a good therapist who can get those knots 🪢 out!! Will definitely be back.

Waste of money and time

I like this sauna. The place feels well maintained and spacious. There is a dry sauna which works well, a steam room and pool, as well as free to use cabins and a maze area. I have had two massages here. One really good and one mediocre. The crowd is chill and polite, mainly over 40s, when I’ve been, but a mix. I would recommend.
