Website says they have discount for under 25 on Wednesday, however when I arrived at 20:00, first guy doesn’t know about the discount and the second guy said they have used too much discounts so he can’t give me the voucher, which is contradictory to the first guy. He then asked me to come early next time. Very rude, avoid going

awful experience - charged for a massage I clearly said I wouldn't have time for, then when I was abused in the venue by another patron and I mentioned it to the staff, the receptionist wouldn't have any of it because that customer was a regular. I contacted the social media team who initially offered a refund but then ignored further emails and instagram dms. Do not go here, there are plenty of alternatives offering better service, clientele and facilities for cheaper.

It's ok. Many comments about the manager guy on the door being rude. He is not personally rude just lacks customer service skills/common sense/emotional intelligence. And very erratic in terms of politeness and grumpiness. There are also newer younger staff members now who are nicer so sometimes able to avoid him. The place is quite small but the decor and lighting are quite nice. generally clean but floors can be wet/dirty/slippery some nice mix of guys including younger and slightly older hot ones to have fun with. There is always a steady stream of guys coming in so for this reason I would recommend it. Good quality guys too! And more places to relax and have fun than pleasuredrome (despite it being smaller!)

The sauna is fairly clean, so no complaints there. However, the staff attitude is terrible. The way the receptionist speaks to you makes you feel small and disrespected, as if he’s more important than everyone else—which is completely unnecessary. Overall, I’d give it a 1, mainly for cleanliness, but the customer service really lets the place down.

This was my first time at this sauna, and it certainly won’t be my last. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really relaxed and recharged my batteries for the days ahead. The hot tub is perfect. I didn’t even want to get out of it. Sauna: 10/10.

I would say it's the second best sauna in London after Pleasuredrome. It's nice and quiet, very clean, but the floor mats hurt your feet a bit when you walk on them because they don't give you flip-flops. The staff were friendly, but not all of them. I recommend this place or Pleasuredrome, but NOT Sweatbox, which is the worst. It's just a cruising hole for people who look like influencers.

A rude manager can fire you if you don't put your towel on properly. My towels has ok but him want have a excuse for make fell embarassing, ! He is rude, For people know me can say about me very quite and not look problem, but this Manager or boss have something problem personal with me, now I understend the sauna have less people.
