Was placed in terrible room on ground floor despite upgrading to suite. Noisy and windows are frosted so feels very clausphobic. Room is dark and smells moldy upon checkin and I have been sneezing all night. At GBP1000+ a night, this is really not worth it. Room feels crammed. Not recommended.

Experienced Afternoon Cheese (rather than Tea) with my darling niece as an early birthday present for her. It was fabulous. Great surroundings and atmosphere and attentive, friendly, lovely staff. Highly recommend 👌
