There are restaurants where you simply go to eat... and there are others where you take away a memory. Portofino undoubtedly belongs to the latter group. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with impeccable service. That rare blend of elegance, warmth, and professionalism. From the moment we entered, they made us feel truly welcome, as if they had been expecting us for a long time. I want to especially highlight the waiters who served us. The one in charge of our table was simply extraordinary: kind, attentive, friendly, always willing to help, and constantly concerned that everything was perfect. He took the time to ask us how the food was, if everything was to our liking, and if we needed anything else. It's those little details that transform good service into a memorable experience. I also want to thank the waiter who accompanied him, carrying some of the dishes and drinks. What a friendly and kind person! Always with a smile, a positive attitude, and a very pleasant energy. You can tell when someone enjoys doing their job well, and that completely translates to the customer. And now... the food. Simply spectacular. Each dish was prepared with great care, full of flavor, and presented impeccably. Everything was delicious. My partner ordered some drinks and was absolutely delighted; each one had beautifully balanced flavors, and the dedication behind every preparation was evident. As if all that weren't enough, we had the privilege of enjoying our meal on the terrace, accompanied by a beautiful ocean view. Honestly, it was one of those moments when you look around and think, "Yes... it was completely worth coming." 🌊✨ It's often said that a restaurant is remembered for its food. I believe it's remembered for how it makes you feel. And Portofino achieved both: top-notch cuisine and an exceptional team. We left happy, grateful, and eager to return. It's not easy to find a place where everything works so well: the service, the ambiance, the quality of the dishes, the drinks, the view, and, above all, the warmth and kindness of the people who work there. A heartfelt thank you to absolutely all the staff for giving us such a wonderful experience. And a very special thank you to the waiters who served us: their kindness, dedication, respect, friendliness, and genuine concern made our visit simply unforgettable. We will be back with great pleasure... because when a place makes you feel so well taken care of, you not only want to return; you want to recommend it to everyone. The food was very bad.

The service from the hostess at the entrance and at our table was terrible. We went there for a special occasion and celebration, but the waiter, whose name I think was Diego, treated us badly. The food is the best thing about the place, but it's not enough to make up for the poor service. For the price, it's best to look for another option to avoid a bad experience.

It's the most elegant restaurant in the region...excellent service with a spectacular view.

Hello! Today we're celebrating my mother-in-law's birthday. I love this restaurant; the food is divine, and I always choose a table on the first floor near the window so Camila can serve us. Her charisma and friendliness make our lunch so much more enjoyable! I would love for you to congratulate her on my behalf, and for us to learn not to focus only on the negative and to be grateful for the good. Camila is a perfect example of this!

Very nice place and the food was delicious. It was busy and our food took about 15 minutes to arrive. Quick and everything was very fresh 🙂‍↔️

As always, exquisite food and spectacular service.

The food was high in fat and oil. I ordered albacore tuna with pistachio sauce, and the sauce was very oily. I also didn't experience any explosion of flavors (which I expected from a gourmet dish). The service was excellent, though. Honestly, I wouldn't return because two hours after leaving the restaurant, I felt indigestion, which my doctor attributed to the high-fat food.

Excellent service. My partner and I went for our anniversary last year, and it was so special that we decided to repeat the experience this year. Excellent service, wonderful food, and a beautiful view.

The best cuisine in Viña del Mar, courtesy of our friend Leo (and Felipe, whom we met again after two long years). Chilean pisco and the freshness of the seafood made us feel the best of this land. Ancient delicacies in a unique oceanfront setting are the perfect excuse to return for a lifetime...

Areli gave us very special attention, she helped us modify the menu to our satisfaction, and the food is excellent.
