Loved my stay at Hotel Plaza Grande in Quito’s Historic Center 🇪🇨 The location is amazing—right on the main square—with beautiful views and a unique colonial vibe. The staff was super friendly and everything felt comfortable and welcoming. Definitely a place worth experiencing

Will stay again!!! If this is your first visit to Quito and you want a great place to stay in the center of if all, this is the place!!! The service is wonderful and the rooms are beautiful. You are just steps from so many things to do and visit right on the square of Old Town. Had a lovely evening in the bar downstairs with a great conversation with the bar tender!! This is the place to stay! Thank you

We had an amazing stay in the most outstanding customer service oriented hotel! Big thank you to all the staff 🙏 especially to Mr.Luis Fernandes. Our room was very spacious with a separate sitting area. The mattress is very good it doesn’t disturb your partner. Nice and firm. Thank you for the delicate chocolates too. The room looks very classic & antique. They have a tub with a jacuzzi too 😍 The hotel is located at the center square next to the President! We really enjoyed our stay with you and highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Excellent atmosphere, everything on time.

I had the opportunity to visit the hotel restaurant to experience the ice cream cone presentation. The ice cream was delicious, and the service was good; the waiters were always attentive. However, the wait to get into the restaurant was very long. Even though the restaurant wasn't very crowded, the cone presentation was very short and with almost no interaction, so the experience ended up being too quick compared to the time we had to wait to get in. Even so, everything was delicious.

Good location, service and food

We went with my family, who were visiting from Spain and Cuenca, because of the ice cream served in a cone. We ordered it, but since it was already lunchtime, we decided to have our main courses first, so we specifically asked them to bring the ice cream after our meal. When we finished eating, we were waiting for dessert. Just when we thought they were going to bring it, they took everything to another table. We were there from 12:30 until 3:30, and they never said anything about the ice cream. If we hadn't gotten up to ask, they completely ignored us. Even though it was the first thing we ordered, no one served it or apologized for forgetting it. We saw other people in the restaurant wondering about it, and no one seemed to know anything. Finally, the waitress came over to say that the bill was ready except for the ice cream. Apparently, after waiting for more than an hour after finishing lunch, they wanted us to keep waiting! And I repeat, no one was able to apologize. In other places we've been, if there's an oversight or negligence, they usually compensate for it somehow. I expected at least an apology, but nothing! For such an expensive place, the service is terrible!

I visited the restaurant with my family to enjoy the delicious desserts 🍨. From the moment we walked in, the service was spectacular ☺️. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I especially want to highlight Vladimir's assistance; he helped us with the photos and provided some information about the hotel ☺️.
