Super comfortable rooms. The host downstairs was lovely and treated me really well. Best part? You basically get a whole apartment for the price of a hotel room. Definitely staying again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ~Risith

I was very disappointed. I appreciate heritage buildings, but things need to be clean and they need to work. The fridge didn’t work and we specifically chose this place because we wanted to cook. Our food went bad and we had to throw it out. The toaster also didn’t work. The ‘fully stocked’ kitchen was full of thrift store finds. The linens were also from thrift stores, with large holes. There was no bedding for the second bed, no sheets! The couch in the living room was stained and had burns. The wallpaper was peeling as was the claw- foot tub. And the area was pretty sketchy, several people sleeping in the ‘free onsite’ parking lot. I will never stay here again.

I have stayed once before and it was fine. However, this year, I contacted Myrna at the end of March for a booking in June. Was given a quote and told to call back for deposit. I called and texted for two months and emailed and was ghosted. Then looked at the site and she had made the price 2x the cost, presumably due to FIFA. My trip is for my mom's funeral who lived in New Westminster. I now can't afford to stay in New Westminster and the Inn at the Quay is fully booked, thanks to Myrna not having the decency to say, she wanted more money. Raising the price is one thing but "ghosting" me is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Very characterful apartments, superb location with free parking. Not a sterile, same everywhere room, this is a taste of the old days with a roll-top bath and standing radiators. This will be the first place I try and book next time I'm in the area.

The wife and I stayed here in Nov 2025 and absolutely loved it! Way better than your typical cookie cutter hotel room, we had our own little apartment time capsule for the weekend. Not for everyone, as I'm sure some would not appreciate it's rustic charms, but for us it was perfect! We live in a 1920s character home, so this place with all it's original woodwork and quirks felt like home. Proximity to the sky train station was convenient and there were a good number restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. The price was beyond reasonable and the staff were responsive. We look forward to staying here again in the future. The old elevator with manually operated doors and the complimentary bottle of wine as a welcome gift were nice touches. Of note, the sky train runs very close to the building. Not an issue for us, but if you are a light sleeper it may be a problem for you.

Great price in Feb 2026. Great location very close the skytrain into Vancouver. The skytrain is also very close haha!
