The worst place on earth

Very bad customer service I would rather sleep in the street than go this place

The hallways stink. Room was filthy. Stains on chair and curtains. No shower curtain or rod, holes in wall of shower were patched with duct tape. Toilet hardly worked. Have to admit that the bed was comfortable though and despite the incompetence of the staff they were friendly. Paid over $220 a night to stay at this dump

Just take a look at the pictures, it was worse than that. Breakfast was not even up to par for normal meh motel breakfast. I don't like leaving poor reviews but this was bad. Those cans were all under the sink. No closet doors (save the broken ones on the deck). The rugs were just nasty. Bathroom door didn't even close. This place left a LOT to be desired. I am emailing corporate to refund me. Thankfully I just needed to stay one night. The staff was mostly helpful but, it wasn't easy getting bedding and a pillow (zero pillows) for the pullout. The 2 things this place has going for it are the proximity to all the rinks for hockey tournaments and it has a free charging spot. The highway noise was also loud if you are a quit sleeper.

Being a 3 star hotel, there are security concerns. There is not safe to keep valueables. And then the room service and cleanliness is not upto the mark as per as 3 star hotels are considered. There is no in house restaurant as well. And it is okay if you are just staying for a day. Also, no water bottles are provided here. For room service you have to tell it at the reception to actually have them do it! Only benefit is it is near Braid skytrain station. The person at the reception is the reason I am rating this still on a positive side as he was quite helpful and was attentive otherwise it would have been 1 star. Overall an average experience.

Super sticky floor in the room liked it hasn’t been cleaned in million years. The parking lot is full of garbage and broken down furniture from the rooms. Super slow service from front desk not accommodating at all. the only thing I liked was the breakfast and the breakfast she was very good at her job. All night I could hear people on top floor jumping around.

This is by far the worst Best Western hotel I’ve experienced. I tried calling more than 10 times in the afternoon, and no one answered—it went straight to voicemail. On the rare occasion someone did pick up, I was placed on hold briefly before the call was dropped. I booked a stay here for my friend, who was supposed to stay for five nights. However, she ended up canceling three nights due to the poor service. She requested assistance for a clogged toilet, but no one ever came. She also tried calling the front desk multiple times without getting any response. I work in the hotel industry myself, so I understand the importance of guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Randy the front desk girl was super. Gave me a good rate and room. I rate this place high based on value! (It is an older property, but our room was clean) Continental breakfast included. Good enough selection to satisfy.

I am disappointed with my experience. The blanket provided was covered in hair and appeared to have been used previously without proper cleaning. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and overall service standards.
