Great place to stay. Convenient for getting to places to eat and drink. Staff on reception are really helpful and sorted us with a great taxi driver. I would definitely stay here again

Room with 2 double beds and a mini fridge. There’s a window but not much light gets through so makes it great for sleeping. Breakfast included (7-9? I woke up way too late) can get beer / water at front desk. My room was at the back of the building and had trouble connecting to wifi, would cut in and out. Grocery store down the street is convenient. Location is off the main road but walked back after 2am was safe.

I booked a double room through an app that charged me immediately. When we arrived, it turned out the reservation wasn't the same (it was only for one bed), and they charged me an extra $30 to upgrade it to a double room. In other words, I paid more because of their mistake. P.S. Breakfast wasn't included because it was supposed to be an extra charge, even though the app said it was. Terrible service and they don't offer any solutions.

It's small but the service is good. I've been using their accommodation services for several years now, and they provide breakfast in the morning. The manager, at least the one who always helps us, is named Doris, and she's super friendly. I recommend it.

I stayed because I was traveling for the Shakira concert. The rooms are small but in excellent condition, the staff were incredibly attentive, and the terrace and breakfast were superb! Highly recommended.

The room had a very strong chenical smell, which lasted through the night, despite opening windows and turning on the AC. The bed was comfortable enough and shower was fine. Included Breakfast was OK.

The laundromat delivers the clothes unfolded, no matter what. I even had to complain about a few items that were still dirty, but they cleaned them immediately. The room was large, though a bit pricey.

The hotel is truly awful. I arrived after paying in advance and ran out. My heart, old man. I can't understand how such a place is allowed to operate, and especially how Booking advertises it as an excellent place.
