The hotel was unclean and it felt gross to even shower and sleep in the room. Several things were broken in the room. Charging $45 for valet is ridiculous when you’re a paying customer to the facility.

DIRTY!!!!! Can't make this up. I will start by saying that Blanca/Bianca was very helpful in assisting us; her customer service is spectacular, but overall management needs improvement. I booked a stay with my sister and paid for a room with two king beds. The first room they gave us was missing a whole AC unit. The room was exposed to outdoor elements and we could see workers/other people and could hear everything outside. The room was musty and hot, so we went down stairs to change rooms. They told my sister that they apologized and that room was currently undergoing construction (????ok!?). The second room seemed fine at first, but after I unpacked and got comfortable, my sister noticed black mold on the ceiling... so I had to change back and repack my things, and had to rush back downstairs. At this point, we were set on booking at another hotel, but it would only give us 3 hours to find another Lyft and another hotel at a good rate before we had to head out to a concert (and beat the traffic). So we rushed back down because Bianca/Blanca said we could get a full refund if we checked out within the next 10 min, but THEN said she would upgrade us to an executive suite that was fully renovated BUT with only one bed. I asked if we could inspect it before we could settle with it. She said we wouldn't need to because she insisted we would love it because they renovated. We get to the room and it seems really nice. The 10 minutes pass and we later saw that the two TVs in there could turn on but neither fully functioned, so we couldn't watch TV or play our switches. After I showered, all the towels either had yellow stains or hair. The bed also had hair in it and we later found there was still food in the fridge. Even this "fully renovated" room had a faulty sink, outlets, etc. I would say hotel management needs to do better, but I don't think there's any helping this hotel. It's a shame because some of their workers are very lovely. We just couldn't believe they would initially send us to a room that was under renovation/construction. We have never experienced changing rooms twice, ever. They even said they have never had to change rooms twice with any of their guests, but somehow I don't believe that.

Great hotel experience with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a smooth booking process. Wyndham offers reliable stays with quality amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything feels well organized, making travel easy and stress-free. A great choice for both business and family trips.

My sister booked this location out of convenience, but we both agreed we'd never stay here again. Our initial welcome was okay, we got our room key to the 4th floor and when entering noticed the AC unit was taken out of the room, leaving an opening to the outside elements. Went down and came across the remodeling manager who was across our room. She mentioned they were doing renovations to the hotel. Going downstairs with her, trying to keep a positive look on the situation, we got another room on the 3rd floor. All was well when entering, clean floors, AC actual installed, until I looked up and spotted what I could tell to be black mold. Again, I went downstairs and didn't say what was wrong but showed them the picture of what we found, to which the front desk said "ooh black mold." The other worker next to her, Blanca, gave us 2 options. We switch to another room or check out with full refund with in the next 10 mins. Stating, "we need to know so we can sell that room" meaning they want to sell the room with obvious black mold. My sister came down and Blanca offered us the executive suite, apparently "newly" remolded and brand new. We agree just because we had an event to go to and had no time to book another hotel. We get in and it is a nice room. Appearance wise, it's nice and "looks" clean. I use the restroom, and the bathroom door doesn't fully close, as the latch wouldn't connect to the frame. I use a trashcan to keep it closed. When washing my hands I fixed my hair and notice some water under the sink. I turn on the sink and behold, visible water leaking from the pipe. Later on, when returning from the event, my sister goes to take a shower and I take the time to turn the TV on and see what we can watch. Both TVs didn't work. Both didn't respond to the remotes and one just had no signal at all. While I realize this I hear my sister yell and say "ew!" From the bathroom. I ask what it is and she shows me that 2 of the 3 towels were dirty. One with a suspicious stain and the other a hair. We then check the bedding and of course, more hair. At that point I'm suggesting we just leave and try to get a partial refund, but due to how exhausted we were, we just decided to stay put for the rest of the stay. We slept in discomfort of what may lie in the sheets. I slept horribly and I would think my sister did as well. The next day we just take the day out to explore Austin, and we decided to order in for our stay. After eating my sister puts the leftovers in the fridge and asks me, "did you order food before?" Which I said no, and upon looking we see that there's leftovers from who knows how long. Oh, and wall sockets were pulled/exposed next to the microwave. Breakfast is a joke, and even if things seemed packaged I wouldn't risk the food provided there besides the bottled water. I'm only giving 1 star because the staff seem decent and are only working with what they have. But to give us a room that's claimed to be "newly renovated" is just not right. Sorry, Blanca the room wasn't "perfect" as you claimed it to be. We did not "love it." It's one thing to repair structures in the building but when you're missing the basics of actually cleaning the room, no renovations or construction can fix poor service management. Wishing the workers the best, but for your safety and wanting to have a better trip experience, just don't bother booking here.
