Cool little hotel great service and staff the landscaping is great. Cool patio outback with really nice grass really well taken care of landscaping.

I had a Queen Suite, and the room was great! The sofa and bed were both very comfortable, and I appreciated that the tvs had Roku devices for me to use. The WiFi was strong and there were no lags with the service. On the whole, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

Everything was great, but not being able to control the temperature in the room was ROUGH. We sweated basically the whole trip even with both fans on. And fans aggravate my allergies so I was hot, with eye and sinus irritation all weekend. I wish I would have read the reviews closer before booking!

Outstanding stay in Dilworth Kasa. Suites all well appointed and clean. Building was quiet and had good parking. All communication was clear and easy to follow. Great price, great location. Would definitely stay again or try another Kasa location!

I was in town for a concert and was so happy to find kasa for my stay! I felt very safe, it was quiet and peaceful, and not too far from the Spectrum center. Will definitely be back for another visit! :)

Room was lovely, light filled, clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything I needed at there was a gas station and shops restaurants, grocery store I could walk to or drive to within a minute. Easy to get into downtown, UNc Charlotte… free parking and some nice walking trail and beautiful neighborhood to walk through as well. I was only staying for a bit but it was nice enough I could have done an extended stay there are felt very comfortable. Also I don’t know what fragrance they used in the hallways and main common room but it was amazing! I wanted to buy it! Really enjoyed the hotel.

I've written this review three times and somehow it won't post. This place sucks. Poor communication representative kept repeating themselves when they promised parking and then tell me to park on the street. My Pops (who is 82 years old by the way) reserve this place for me for 9 days. They don't even have a closet. They have little drawers. My clothes come on hangers. My pops thought he was doing me Justice by putting me close to uptown. I wanted to leave as soon as I got here but they said no refund. At $240 a night for nine days I could have stayed at the Marriott uptown which includes food. But I guess this is what happens when communication is lacking and now I'm stuck here. Keep in mind they have these little heaters that may oscillate when it feels like it in the remote control with no batteries. It stays at 67° in here for 2 hours before the room warmed up. At this point I just want to go home. And I will keep writing this review until I see it posted. Give me my refund and I will gladly delete this review. Update: 4/10/26 All the outlets in the room go out. Its 11pm on a Friday night. I can't call my pops because he is sleeping. I go outlet to outlet until I find the one in the bathroom works. So I plug the heater in the bathroom so at least I won't be cold tonight. Phone has to charge in the bathroom. The bed lamp doesn't work but I can't reach behind the headboard to unplug it. So no light but the overhead. Praise God I have shelter.

Kasa is an amazing place to stay! It is artfully designed and centrally located. The whole building was clean and the room was so comfy. We love the patio where you can sit, have a drink and enjoy the ambiance. Communication from Kasa was great! We stayed 2 separate nights and when back in the area it will be our goto, of they aren't booked up!!

I was so impressed with Kasa and am recommending to all friends and family that visit the area. It’s in a great quiet location with tree lined streets and gorgeous homes. In was promixity to the hospital and lots of food options. Easy, safe parking and very quiet at night. Unit was sparkling clean and comfortable bed, couch, and living area. Affordable price for what is offered. Though I didn’t use it there is a cute sitting area with fire pit.

Perfect place near the Atrium Medical Hospital. Easy walk to and from to visit.

If you’re a solo traveler or with a significant other, this is the place to stay and explore downtown Charlotte! The house is in a great area and is close to everything of downtown! The instruction was easy to follow and without unnecessary human interactions. You can even check in early with just a small fee. The room I got came with all amenities to comfortably stay for a whole week. A microwave, a kettle, teabags and coffee, a SMEG fridge, a clothing iron steamer, hangers, body wash, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels and paper towels, a Homedics Sound Spa, hair dryer, and a Spotify list about North Carolina are all the things I love about the stay. I got the reservation at a very good rate during holiday time. The house is literally surrounded by billion-dollar houses with friendly people and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere created by the trees and chilly weather. You will be in awe just to drive around the neighborhood and admire its beauty. I can’t be more satisfy with the stay with its Gen-Z inspired operation. Whoever pick this spot for this business, they hit the jackpot. I 100% recommend people without pets or kids staying here!
