1st time we stayed at this brand of Hotel. It's a simple but modern Hotel. Everyone was professional and wonderful. The rooms and the halls, gathering area were are bright and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Would book with Hilton brands again. Wish it had a outdoor sitting area. Beside near front door.

This was my first time staying here and Lashawn was very helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me during the check in process and even talked to a manager because she had a question. She stated she is newly hired and I am so glad that she was able to assist me. She is exhibiting exceptional customer service with a smile.

My kids and I was in town for a one night stay. This facility had everything I desired, which was clean room, great customer service and entertainment for my teens.

This hotel was the perfect staycation. The hospitality was top tier. The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. Parking was very easy. I also can’t forget about Ms. Lashawn she was full of life and smiles as soon as we walked in the door. She’s the perfect person to greet and have at the front desk. She reminded me of one of my Aunts, very friendly and a home type of feeling! Overall everything is a 10/10!!!

This was the most pleasant customer service I had.. the young lady at the front desk SHAKAILA was so kind and helpful. I was confused about some things and she cleared up and that made me stay another night! I will return because of her WONDERFUL ATTITUDE AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The staff and front desk were above and beyond. Room is clean and efficient. Location in Columbia could not be better. Bottom line, the staff makes this location a great value.
