I want to give a huge thank you to Lynecia at the Wyndham in Parma. She was absolutely amazing! From the moment we spoke with her, she was kind, patient, understanding, and truly listened to our needs. She went above and beyond to work things out so my husband and I could stay in the same room instead of having to move, and that meant so much to us. It’s rare to find someone who treats guests with such genuine care, respect, and professionalism. Lynecia made a stressful situation much easier, and her positive attitude and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Wyndham is fortunate to have an employee like her representing their hotel. Thank you, Lynecia, for your outstanding customer service and for making us feel valued and respected. You are truly appreciated!

We picked this hotel for the location and for the price. When we arrived around 8pm the room was fairly musty. One of the double beds was damp to the touch and the other one was wet from water coming out of the ceiling. We were willing to make a go of it due to the holiday weekend, but then a thunderstorm started and we started feeling water fall onto us from the ceiling over the second double bed. We checked out of the room around 9pm the same night and let the front staff know about the water damage in the ceiling and the wet beds. Due to being overbooked, they were unable to switch our room and we ultimately ended up staying at the Courtyard Inn down the road. The clerk at the Courtyard was unsurprised to hear about this experience when we arrived. I'm awarding stars for service specifically because the staff at the front desk was very courteous and professional. This morning I did still receive the automatic text and email about the check-out process, so I'm hoping that our check-out last night stuck and my refund for the room will go through. This is a side note but the deposit for the incidentals (refundable after 3 - 5 days) was almost the cost of an extra night in that room. This might be important information for anyone traveling on a budget.

Found 2 slugs , a spider , and a huge mosquito , me and my family all woke up itchy , our breakfast was 40 dollars for food that is worse than what i eat at school . Room service was called at 9pm and we never received the blanket we requested . Shower did not properly work and would make a horrid noise .

The worst of the worst..rated 4 stars.. not sure how ?? Maybe 1 star..switched rooms twice... the cat piss was so strong, shower was either burning hot or freezing cold, no in-between..neither Room was clean, empty pizza boxes left, no toilet paper..( was told they were out!!!) Canceled and left!!!

I want to highlight the excellent service I received from Eleni during my stay at this hotel. She was incredibly kind, charming, and professional. She helped me with a problem I was having, and she did so with great patience, empathy, and a consistently positive attitude. People like Eleni make a huge difference to the guest experience. Her attention and dedication made my stay much more enjoyable. I wish there were more employees like her in hotels. She certainly deserves recognition for the excellent work she does. Thank you so much, Eleni, for your help and for making me feel so well taken care of!

Be careful with this place. I prepaid for a room through a third party travel agent. When I arrived, the clerk told me they didn't have any rooms and that a manager would refund my money in the morning. However, they did not. There were 3 other customers being told the same when I was in the lobby. My travel agent has been attempting to get a return on the money they took for the past month, and the management is not responsive. I tried calling their number multiple times myself with no answer. The last option might be to report the transaction to my bank as fraud.

Run from this hotel. Carpets are stained. Elevators don't work. Hallways and rooms smell like stale cigarettes or cheap pot. We changed rooms twice. In our better room the safe didn't work, the door deadbolt didn't work, the ac unit wasn't controlled by the thermostat. They only provided one towel even though there were two of us in the room. They stated it was an industry standard for one towel per room. We had an ant infestation. After the first night we were praying we didn't have bed bugs but too scared to look. This place should be condemned. When you check in they provide you coupons for free breakfast but the restaurant doesn't honor them. There was hope this place would be renovated when the W bought it from the Double Tree. Instead they have ran it further into the ground. It's been two years and they still haven't been bothered to update the sign. After 4 nights they never cleaned the room, exchanged our towel or picked up the trash even though it was supposed to have happened based on our requests. If you are looking for a $40 room night experience this is the place. If you want a clean bed and shower this isn't the experience you are looking for.

Came up for a concert awesome stay staff was nice and friendly no issues

This is the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. The room was so dirty, I couldn’t stay there. I checked in with my 6 year old at 5:30/6pm and checked out by 8pm. The room was making my skin crawl I couldn’t stop scratching. I’m unsure why this is listed as a 4 star hotel, it certainly is not. I feel like they are tricking guest into booking. The front desk attendant was sweet and she attempted to try to switch rooms, but I wouldn’t have been comfortable either way. Our room door didn’t shut, you had to like force it shut and it didn’t lock. All surfaces were dusty and filthy. The carpet was disgusting, bathroom disgusting and the elevator was disgusting! Literally a waste of my money.
