Very nice couple, very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were so cute and clean. Plenty of blankets and towels.. Nice feeling of home while on vacation. They even have an adorable little dog. Enjoyed our time there.

My wife and I stayed here for our 31 anniversary. It was like staying with a Aunt and Uncle. Very warm and sweet. Nice conversation and a beautiful house with a large bedroom and bathroom. Right in the Historic district which is why we came to visit. If you like people and something better than a Hotel pay them a visit!

Great owners, great cozy ambience. We stayed in Margaret Mitchell suite decorated with a lot of Gine with the Wind memorabilia. Located in nice neighborhood. Got to pick breakfast time, too! Proprietors sat with us at breakfast and had pleasant conversation. The gentleman is quite the historian, too. That is why we are done with hotels. Owners are pictured.

Thank you Dave and Katelyn for the wonderful Hospitality. We enjoyed spending the weekend there, being so close to the Church Conference I went to was so great! 5 Blocks away! The Breakfasts were amazing and so was your company. The home has been kept up remarkably, the Class, The Charm, The overall feel. It really felt like home. Cool breeze estate was absolutely fantastic. Cheaper than the hotels in the area, and it felt like I was staying with family rather than at a hotel. Very nice house, comfortable bed, anda great historical feel. The owners asked if I had any dietary restrictions, and I told them I was vegan but not to worry and I'd be happy with just toast for breakfast, but they made sure to cook a potato skillet and have fresh fruit for me. A fantastic experience overall

I got to stay in the "Gone with the Wind" room! Great facilities and more than amazing breakfasts. I know the only place I'll stay when I come back to my grandfather's hometown!

If you want old fashioned hospitality from two people who enjoy giving it then, this is the place to stay. You can feel the warmth of their home and David is a pretty good cook.
