Red Roof Inn Chicago - Joliet

Where to begin, lets start with parking if your a truck driver and think maybe the red roof will be okay dont just dont parking sucks worse than my ol lady. Now the rooms the beds there okay soft, not awful but if you need to plug a charger in good luck all the outlets are looser than you 18 shots of tequila later.

Omg, I'm gone ok: Let me attempt to quickly wrap this up: Rooms - A variety of styles to choose from: Me personally I get Deluxe Room, Premium or Superior since they are the full suite with Full size Refrigerator; Microwave, 42' + Smart TV, Great Channel Lineup, Dedicated Office Space: Curved Office Desk, Office Chair, Desk Light, plenty of electrical outlets to hook up all your electronics, Charge Cell Phones etc. Housekeeping, Coffee in Lobby, Laundry Room, Vending Machine Area, Elevators....Did I say competitive rates? 👏 Yes, I highly Recommend Red Roof Inn Joliet Illinois because they are simply the best in Hospitality Business: Hands Down ❤️ Note: For inquiring minds that want to know: Red Roof Inn does not compensate me for my reviews. The room had a pretty bad bug problem, wasps and ladybugs everywhere. Some people will smoke weed right on the hall, the smell gets into the rooms and there's some suspicious activity going all around but none of my business really. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did their job. Main issue is the maintenance of the rooms themselves (something management has to do with, it's not the cleaning staff problem) my room had the smoke detector ripped off the wall and had a drawer literally nailed shut, the door seemed to had been busted down by cops at some point 💀 Was the cheapest option on all town and in that sense you get what you pay for.

As always, Red Roof Inn: One of the few true pioneers of overall Customer Service. I'm Old School so Custome Service is everything.

This is a great local for Chicagoland business... Compared to most of the other motels in the area, this is the best... It's always quiet. (except for road noise) Rooms and lot are cared for very well... They do more cleaning here in a day than motel 6 does in 3 months ... Some furniture and room fixtures are showing their age, but this is an older motel... Prices could be better, but motel 6 is sometimes higher... It's just a room with zero else, no problems with safety or security... pet friendly is a BIG PLUS

TV service went down and nothing appears to be done as it’s been 2 days

Stayed here for a few days. It was really nice, especially after a bad experience at a different motel down. The way room was clean. Staff was friendly and for once we had an AC that worked.

Nobody bothered to tell me that they were going to turn the water off while I was at their facility and when I asked them about this they told me that they had posted a piece of paper on the front of their building. I asked them to extend my stay until after they turn the water on so that I could bathe and they pretended that they couldn't do that because there was nobody in a manager position on site until after 12:00 in the afternoon and check out was that 11. I am fairly certain I was lied to and despite this I still treated them with courtesy and respect, but I did tell them I would be leaving them a one-star review. When I rent a room I expect to be able to bathe myself. I don't consider this interaction to be acceptable in any way. The only other thing I can say is the roots could have been cleaner. The air conditioner does work. There are no bed bugs.

Nice enough motel got a king size bed, room was discounted. Seemed to have had the curtens catch on fire at some point. It is a non smoking motel. Room was clean other than that, not immaculate condition overall, but that's why you go for a motel. It's cheaper
