The Setai, Miami Beach

The Japan restaurant at the Setai Hotel: highly recommended. It's a delicious blend of contemporary Japanese flavors. The atmosphere is pleasant, and they have shows every 30 minutes in the evening. I really enjoyed it.

Wonderful hotel for its location and property, with top-notch finishes. Fabulous beach, sea without a single seaweed in June. Drinking water on the beach is always cold and available, constantly brought to your umbrella by staff. Sunscreen is also available at the lifeguard station. Access to the beach is private, with loungers and umbrellas reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Trendy hotel, spectacular room overlooking the street, in-room bathtub, and bathroom almost entirely open-plan. The sofa under the window is very comfortable for relaxing. The bathroom has two sinks with ample counter space for each. Upon arrival, the hotel provides Setai logo hats as a gift. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is spectacular in both quality and quantity: fresh fruit juices, freshly squeezed ginger, carrot juice, all à la carte and available. Wide variety of choices including salmon, sausage and bacon, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, croissants of all kinds, cereals and dried fruit, and champagne. The hotel has a bar with a variety of spirits to suit all tastes and budgets. The property has three identical pools, differing only in shaded areas. The poolside food service is fast and of superb quality, but it's expensive. The Setai is a very expensive hotel, and you need to know how to find deals and promotions, especially on Longer Stays. The only downside is that returning from the beach requires passing through the restaurant area, where there are often events and brunches on Sundays, so you have to re-enter the building in your swimsuit to access your rooms. Another downside, which I hope is temporary, is that there's a lot of construction going on nearby, and the pool isn't always a relaxing place to relax. Highly recommended; I'd return in a heartbeat, but only if I could find a deal, as it's really expensive. The location is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but all the restaurants and bars are within a 15-minute walk.

The Champagne and Caviar Brunch was excellent, spectacular. The Spa was good. The rooms were spacious.

Booked through Chase expecting an early check in and room upgrade. Received neither and there is constant construction noise. Would definitely choose a different hotel through Chase.

The Setai blew my expectations away. I will not be staying anywhere else in Miami. The service is beyond impeccable and the staff treats you like family. The pool, spa, and amenities are unbelievable. This hotel makes you feel like your on a tropical island out of the country.

World-class is the only way to describe The Setai Miami Beach. From the moment you arrive, the level of service is exceptional. The staff seem to anticipate what you need before you even have to ask, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. There is a warmth and professionalism here that is increasingly rare, even among luxury hotels. The Maître d’ deserves a special mention. Impeccably professional, welcoming and attentive, setting the standard for the entire dining experience. At dinner, you are looked after by your dedicated waiter, who makes you feel as though your table is the most important one in the restaurant. Every detail is taken care of effortlessly, and every request is met with genuine hospitality. Then there is the food. Every dish is an explosion of flavour on the palate, beautifully balanced and presented almost like a piece of art. The quality of the ingredients, the creativity and the attention to detail are outstanding. Quite simply, I could not fault a single course. The evening entertainment elevates the experience even further. It is sophisticated, stylish and beautifully produced, with the quality and polish you would expect from a major awards show or high-end international event. It complements the atmosphere perfectly without ever overpowering the dining experience. The clientele and atmosphere also reflect the standard of the hotel. There is an appropriate dress code, guests make an effort, and the whole setting feels elegant, refined and exclusive without being pretentious. The Setai manages something very few hotels achieve: outstanding service, exceptional dining, beautiful surroundings and genuine atmosphere, all working together seamlessly. This is not simply a place to stay or have dinner. It is an experience. World-class in every sense of the word.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at The Setai We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Setai, Miami Beach. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The entire staff, especially the front desk team, was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The room and view were beautiful, the pools and beach were amazing, and we also really enjoyed the restaurants and the quality of the food and service. Every single employee contributed to making our vacation special and unforgettable. Exceptional hospitality, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding service. Thank you to the entire team at The Setai for making our vacation so special and giving us memories we will always treasure. We left already wishing we could stay longer, and we will absolutely come back. This is not a review for the Setai Miami, but for super.com. I made a reservation 40 days in advance and pre-paid with super.com for hotel stay. Upon arrival checking-in at the hotel they did not have a reservation for me. I received a note from the manager for proof to super.com which they would not accept and would not provide a full refund. I was forced to book a different hotel short notice, costing me even more money. Super.com is a rip-off company and should not be operating. DO NOT USE super.com !!!

Reception and rooms need an overhaul. Outdated. Service and food was wünderbar but needs work otherwise
