Loved the adult only rooftop pool with Jesus! He made our entire trip ❤️

I was 1 hotel June 8th-15th, visited plant house daily and the staff was so amazing! Valentina, Yadina & Giancarlo made getting breakfast so special every time I went in there! They were kind, patient and had beautiful energy each every day! Which is the reason for my daily visits. Looking forward to visiting the hotel again because of the great service! Natalie in Room Service was a gem! I got in super late on the 8th and she happen to be delivering for another room and kindly took an impromptu order for me so that I could eat and go to bed sooner than later! She also left me a beautiful note the next day in reference to the conversation we had the evening before! It truly warmed my heart! Mickey at the concierge desk also made my stay special with his great customer service and good energy! I truly looked forward to going to the lobby every day just to say hi because of his genuinely kind demeanor! The valet staff was amazing as well! They very accommodating as we had 4 vehicles we had to move in and out frequently with guests and they truly took care of us! Their outstanding customer service and fun energy made the days pleasant as we came back and forth daily! Lastly the bellmen! There were several that I asked for help from during my stay and there were some I just seen regularly but all those gentleman were so sweet and helpful! Their service was greatly appreciated as well! Hotel 1 truly made me desire to return to Miami sooner than later! I was on business this last time but I will definitely be back for a personal trip to enjoy the beautiful hotel for sure! oh and before I forget All of the food in the hotel from room service to AVIV to Watr to plant house was so delicious! You all truly created a special place in my heart with your establishment!

I had the opportunity to stop by the bar in the lobby of 1 Hotel South Beach Miami. I went to meet a friend there, and I ended up having one of the most amazing experiences with Emilio at the bar. He was one of the best bartenders that I have ever met. Emilio is well educated. He makes amazing drinks and is very professional. From now on, the 1 Hotel is a forever stop when I am visiting Miami, thanks to the amazing experience provided by Emilio. Thank you Emilio for all your attention and thank you 1 Hotel!!!!!

We had lunch at the Watr restaurant! We’ve heard many good things and wanted to check it out. The atmosphere is so awesome - an elegant and chic Miami Beach vibe! Our waiter, Jesus, was amazing! He was personable and so kind! We will certainly be back, and will definitely request Jesus as our server!

Love staying here.....beautiful furnishings, great vibe, wonderful staff and delicious food. Special thanks to Mary at the family pool....very knowledgeable about the menu and she took excellent care of us. We will be back!
