Historic, lively resort right on the ocean with fantastic pool options and world-class dining. Great atmosphere if you’re coming to Miami to party, relax by the water, or people-watch. It definitely gets crowded and pricey quickly, but the overall experience is top-notch.

I had a wonderful experience at 1 Hotel Miami. The service was exceptional, and the welcome from Mr. Hussein was truly warm, professional, and elegant. All of the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a level of respect that made us feel truly valued. It was a beautiful experience from beginning to end. I would definitely love to come back again!

Wow!!! The customer service at this hotel is top notch. Ernesto at the front desk and Louis at the door made our stay special. There was not one detailed missed. I will definitely be coming back to stay. Thank you for making my "55" a memorable one!

The hotel is at a 3 star level and certainly not 5, There is a step to the bed and you get beaten on the feet, They didn't come to clean our room and when we asked for at least clean towels, we called 4 times and only an hour later the towels arrived. At night we woke up because the light turned on every few minutes and we couldn't go back to sleep. So the room is dirty and not cleaned, The service is bad and there is no one to talk to, they are polite but not really helpful. In short A nightmare hotel.
