Sonesta stay will try to do you wrong the manager is very rude I don't recommend

The staff are pleasant and professional. I had a little issue during my travel and they accommodated greatly with a smooth transition. The price is affordable. The location is perfect when you need peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cleanliness of the common areas and rooms takes the stress away as soon as you walk on the door. I will definitely make Sonesta Simply Suites my first choice when coming back to Virginia.😀😁

I thought this was a good place to be at until I was misguided and handled unprofessionally by the manager Nicole. The hotel is ok but the management team and people they have on staff as far as services i am very unhappy and disappointed.

It's my go to every month. My only wish is that they change the outlets to include USB and mini USB options and better tv channels. TV is a bit small...

I had a great experience checking in thanks to a young lady named Kyree. She made the process smooth and easy from the moment I walked in. Her friendly attitude and warm energy really stood out and made me feel welcomed right away. The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even better. Little things like great customer service go a long way, and Kyree definitely made the start of my stay the best part. Thank you for the hospitality! She has such a beautiful spirit.

Front desk will be the best experience you will have at this hotel. It would be a top lower end hotel
