Saunas are amazing but sadly, attendant asked if I would like a water as she was walking me to Sauna, never told me there was a $3 charge for it at all and I come home to an email with the charge on my credit card

The environment was very friendly and welcoming. The red infrared sauna session for 40 minutes felt like both meditation and relaxation—great for the body and mind. I was impressed to learn it can help burn up to 600 calories! The red light therapy was even better, with noticeable benefits for my skin and overall health. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and glowing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to recharge, de-stress, and boost their wellness!

My daughter and I wanted to experience an infrared sauna so we booked a “social sauna” on a Thursday afternoon. It was a wonderful session- the sauna was clean and the perfect size for 2 people. There were reclining boards you could lean on and put your feet up on the bench. Everything was explained in detail by the very nice young lady from the reception desk. She made us feel right at home. I now know that I like this type of sauna much better than the traditional Swedish saunas- much less heat but still great results. There were a variety of different light settings to use to coordinate with your mood- we had fun with those. Almost forgot, there was a beautiful, very clean shower in the suite to use after and we were given cooling peppermint hand towels initially which felt so nice in the sauna. Everything was very clean and calm- will definitely return.

The best place to invest in yourself in Rogers! I’m a regular - getting infrared sauna + red light treatments about 4x a week. Within a week I noticed incredible results in my skin, with reduced inflammation as weeks passed. I have ulcerative colitis and have noticed a reduction in pain and flare ups! I love this part of my routine - definitely recommend. Clean, peaceful, and friendly staff. ********Update 06/29/25 - I invested in Beem’s unlimited membership for light and sauna services as I’m getting married on July 1st. My appointments have been canceled four times now without any notification or follow up, despite my texts, calls, and emails to the general manager. I just arrived to my red light appointment to find the door locked and no one here. Everything was running smoothly until about six weeks ago and it’s incredibly frustrating to have such a lack of professionalism that they cannot even call/text/email me back. I’ve cancelled my membership and highly recommend you invest elsewhere.*********

Incredible experience! Peaceful, private, you can connect your Spotify playlist and play some spa music. The peppermint cool towel was excellent as well! Would highly recommend this place for some deep relaxation :)

Walked in to Beem on a whim. Front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. Private rooms are pristine and relaxing, will definitely return!

I did both sauna and red light therapy and it was amazing. I felt really good afterwards. The rooms are so nice and clean and staff really friendly and knowledgeable. I felt so good walking out of there, like a new person. Definitely going back for both sessions.

I look forward to my relaxing Beem visits- everything is so clean and smells wonderful. Robe, towels and cold mint towel services are great. Staff is all SO friendly and I leave feeling so refreshed.
