The resort was beautiful, casino was small but fun. Food was really good. Location is a bit off the beaten path, but had a good time. Saw Mark Chesnut in the on site venue....outstanding performance.

Didn't win a plugged nickel... No longer have promotions no free play no reward play. No Fun...🙄😔

If you're looking for a good venue at a great casino, you're here. It is it's own place, not trying to compete with Northern Quest or anything like that. Definitely stop here.

Updating : we went for brunch the area was empty but was told I had a 20 min wait. It was over and hour. They seated others. We complained to the manager. Very disappointed. They are understaffed and seriously need to rethink the weekend staffing

Chasing away a $10k bankroll player over lazy floor staff. I have been a consistent player at Spokane Tribe Casino ,but after the blatant disrespect I received on February 14th (between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM), I will not be returning. I am not a casual bettor; I routinely bring a bankroll of $5,000 to $10,000 per session. During this specific session, I was wagering between $200 and $250+ per spin on the Roulette wheel. Despite this level of action, I was subjected to open "whining" and unprofessional complaints from both the Dealer and the Fill-in Pit Boss (who was covering for the regular supervisor). The issue? They found it "inconvenient" to move $1 chips and tried to dictate that I use $5 chips for their own ease of work. It is my money and my prerogative to manage my betting strategy as I see fit. At a $250-per-spin price point, the fact that your floor staff prioritized their own laziness over basic guest hospitality is unacceptable and bad for business. Management: You lost a high-action, high-bankroll player because a fill-in supervisor didn't want to perform the manual labor required for his job. I’ve already moved my action to other properties in the area. I suggest you review the surveillance footage for that time slot to see exactly how your staff is driving away your best customers.
