Malolo B&B

The hosts of this bed and breakfast are lovely people. You feel comfortable. Since it's a bed and breakfast, you share the dining room with the other guests, but George makes you feel right at home; he's very attentive. He served breakfast all three days of our stay. The room was very clean. It's a 10- or 15-minute drive from downtown Washington.

My first experience with Malolo Bed and Breakfast was great, nice place, and a very warm welcoming by the chef, looking forward to book again when I'm coming back to DC.

Malolo made our holiday absolutely perfect! George and Daves are fantastic hosts and always ready to help with any questions. Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-equipped (towels, hairdryer, water, soap, shampoo, wardrobes, desk, bathrobes, power outlets, etc.). The breakfast is good and freshly prepared. The hotel is about a 5-minute drive from the metro station, but the hosts kindly drove us there and back. George and Daves gave us plenty of tips for our sightseeing tour. The service here is outstanding and deserves special mention! We would definitely book this accommodation again :-)

Wonderful experience overall. The hosts were fantastic, had delicious breakfast every morning, and assisted us in anything else we may have needed. If ever in the area, that will be the first destination to stay.

David and George are warm and welcoming hosts. They are knowledgable and helpful and fun conversationalists. Breakfast is filling and à good start for the day. Thanks once again.

After doing a lot of research for a trip to Quantico, we decided to stay at the Malalo for a few days of down time in the DC area. The very first time I called to enquire about room availability, Jorge was more than helpful! He made sure to tell us how to use the train system, where to go for sightseeing, and arrangements to be picked up at the train station. Upon arrival, Jorge picked us up and almost immediately, we felt like family! Jorge and Dave went above and beyond! Our stay was peaceful and restful! Jorge’s breakfasts were incredible, to include one in the very early morning hours! His peach syrup is to die for!!!! We had such a great time! We highly recommend the Malalo!!!! Jorge and Dave are people we will stay in touch with!!!! They are great hosts!

Beautiful establishment from top to bottom. George and Dave were amazing hosts. One of DC's best kept secrets for sure.

I enjoyed my stay here in Malolo Bed and Breakfast immensely. George and Dave go above and beyond to provide an exceptional b and b experience . The house is beautifully decorated and the room was Huge . The food was Delicious - and the hospitality and warmth is so special. I enjoyed so much the company and the joy of good conversation. They knew all the ins and outs of D.C and gave me good tips when I wanted to visit places - but my experience in the B and B was my favorite part! Highly recommend!

This is a great B&B. The owners were super friendly and catered to our needs. Our room was large with a king sized bed and a nice master bathroom. Very comfortable place to relax.

This is our first time in a B&B. Our host David and Chef George are amazing people!!! We were welcomed with open arm's from the moment we arrived. Our room was nicer than our bedroom at home.Lol. Rooms have built in plug's with USB attached together in wall easy to charge your device. Water bottles and sweet chocolate in our room greet us. Lol. Very nice. Bed so comfortable. Netflix already set up for you. It's a really nice home clean to the whistle comfortable and well equipped!! Keyless entry you don't need a key just your code to enter in and out. High technology security cameras around private property! The house is beautiful inside and! It vastly exceeded ur expectations and made us wish we were staying longer. David and chef George has compliled a wealth of information on thing's to do set surrounding areas . Breakfast,... so tasty and delicious!! Words cannot describe variety of choices to choose from. Breakfast buffet is one best we ever enjoyed. Thank you,..Chef George Highly recommended and will stay again.
