Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness

Exceptional hotel: Clean and spacious room. Exceptional staff and exquisite food. It has a beautiful and tranquil spa as well as a gym. I highly recommend it.

The Gran Hotel Plaza Spa & Wellness is a wonderful hotel. It boasts a great location, very close to shops on Escaldes' main street, restaurants, a cinema, and more. The hotel's exquisite decor, particularly the lobby and reception area, makes a grand entrance. The spacious rooms are equipped with all sorts of amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. The cleaning service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is spectacular. The spa is wonderful. Everything is fantastic, especially the relaxing atmosphere and the friendliness of the entire staff. It's our favorite hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, yet peaceful. The breakfast is fantastic. Don't hesitate to reserve a parking space. I recommend rooms on the sixth floor. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is always available.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms with everything you need. The gym is a bit small, but that's unfortunately standard in hotels. The spa is adequate, but I still recommend the on-site thermal baths (premium, not basic!). From check-in to check-out, the service was friendly and efficient.

This was our first time staying at the Plaza. It was an unforgettable experience, thanks to both the reception staff and all the employees. The spa is fantastic for relaxing, and the team behind it is top-notch. We'll definitely be back.

Very disappointing. The service is poor for a hotel that claims to be so prestigious. The staff's welcome and any requests we made made us feel like we were bothering them. The television wasn't working, and they explained it was due to a storm 😂 Don't make fun of us! But the biggest negative point is definitely the very unpleasant staff. Thanks 👍🏼

Excellent hotel; in fact, it's not our first time staying here. As always, the service was friendly and professional. The rooms were very comfortable and pleasant, the facilities were well-maintained and very clean, and the spa was perfect for relaxing.

Incredible location, with a relaxed atmosphere right in the heart of Andorra. An unbeatable option if you're staying for a few days. Excellent breakfast and two quality restaurant options within the hotel itself.

Four nights half-board in a very nice hotel in the center of Andorra, easily accessible with valet parking and just 2 minutes from the entire city center. The entrance and decor were top-notch. The room was beautiful and modern, with everything you could need. The spa area was lovely, with one hour per day included. It was crowded in the late afternoon but not around 1 or 2 pm. The sauna temperature was set too low (70 dinars) and the hammam was ineffective. The room wasn't ready at 3 pm but was ready an hour later (acceptable). The breakfast was exceptionally good (pastries, fruit, tea, cold cuts). Dinner was good (except for the breaded escalope!). Good value for money. We carefully checked the billing for drinks with meals; water was consistently charged twice. This was easily corrected at reception upon departure. They justified the late room check-in by saying they were full. Check-in is at 3 PM, which I think is plenty of time to have a room ready. The room didn't match the photos on the hotel's website. The welcome pack wasn't there when we entered the room. The wastebaskets in the room weren't empty. Paid items weren't checked; some were open and hadn't been replaced. The floor was sticky. The room overlooked an alley where they were building a building, and you had to keep the curtains closed if you didn't want the workers to see you. Besides, they were already working and making noise at 7 AM, so getting any rest was impossible. The price of breakfast per person is not worth what it is. There's little variety, and if you stay more than one day, you realize it's exactly the same every day. A capsule coffee machine at breakfast in a five-star hotel is insulting. P.S. Apologies are useless if the customer isn't compensated. The hotel has sufficient resources to compensate the customer. Mistakes are only rectified when they are paid for. If you simply apologize and don't compensate the customer, mistakes will continue to occur, and the customer will always be the one who loses.

I wanted to express my gratitude to the Hotel Plaza for the excellent treatment and service we received this past weekend from all the staff. Both we and our children thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay, from the very spacious room with every amenity, including two TVs, a hallway for privacy and extra space, a large bathroom with plenty of towels, and a comfortable, large bed with a view of the street. The breakfast was fantastic—well-balanced, delicious, with everything we like, including fresh, flavorful seasonal fruit. We loved dinner; everything was superb, although after an exhausting day exploring Andorra, we didn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked due to the children's tiredness. The parking lot was very spacious, clean, and bright. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very professional from the moment we arrived until we left. Finally, the spa was wonderful—peaceful, spacious, and relaxing. The massage was equally relaxing and perfectly balanced, leaving us feeling both refreshed and relaxed. Congratulations to everyone for making our weekend so wonderful! We'll be back in a few months!
