The room was a bit small

I had booked a single room. It was tiny but clean and seemed recently renovated. On the other hand, there was no hot water, a shower tray that wouldn't drain, and no bedside lamp. The key card for opening the doors was unreliable, and leaving a suitcase after checkout was not allowed.

I'm not hiding anything, I'm Anne Marie Verdom. This hotel is a disgrace. €95 a night for a room that's a closet with no air conditioning, no windows that open properly, a tiny and dirty bathroom, and you can imagine our disappointment. This establishment was magnificent 20 years ago, and now it's falling apart. The photos on the website are a total rip-off... Don't be fooled...

After visiting the Basilica of Koekelberg, we had a great meal here for a very fair price, and the portions were generous. A bonus: the staff were very friendly, and what a gem in a metropolis like Brussels, they also have multilingual staff! Top restaurant/hotel! 👌

We only ate in the restaurant; the staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely!

This hotel is a complete disgrace. My wife booked two nights for €94.50, which is €189. There was no breakfast, no air conditioning, no curtains, the bathroom was dirty, and there was no reception. I think Booking.com should send a representative to check things out before recommending them on their site. This hotel is a complete zero, and what's shown in the photos and videos of the hotel is from the 1980s.
