Great place in the middle of the republic and yet you feel like you're at the end of the world. Upon arrival you feel like you're going to break a car mirror somewhere. You get out and you have no signal on your mobile phone. GREAT! Excellent cuisine, helpful staff, amazing sauna in the middle of the pond on a "houseboat" with a relaxation room on the roof. Very unpleasant experience in the restaurant - arrogant service.

We have known Hotel Kouty for a long time, it is a beautiful place, we used to stop at the restaurant during a walk, but unfortunately we don't even do that anymore. In the last year, the service has been absolutely miserable. Today, after about half a year, we tried to go for lemonade again (after the last visit, when we waited about 30 minutes just to order) and again, we made a mistake. Although there were three waiters on the set and other employees inside, we didn't get our lavender lemonade even after twenty minutes of waiting. I understand that it could have been a lot of work, but just waiting ten minutes to order seems quite embarrassing to me. And then we waited for what? For the syrup to be poured with water? Or for someone to pick the lavender and infuse it? I'd rather go to Rejčkov for a beer.

Incredible and very atmospheric place 😍

A vacation and atmosphere are often shaped by the people you spend it with. Thanks to the great company, I enjoyed my stay. However, the hotel disappointed us. The restaurant, like a lesson in patience. 1st evening: dry chicken, potatoes undercooked and dried at the same time. Which is quite an art 2nd day lunch: I waited so long for my food that I realized they had completely forgotten about me - without an apology. Dinner: "sirloin steak" the size of a plate. Mixing up dishes, missing side dish, but according to the service, the fault was on my side. The menu in the restaurant was supposedly prepared by chef Martin Makovička - all the greater contrast between expectations and reality. Diplomatico in a shot and then in a Martini glass was just a bonus. We stayed right in the Hotel: older, noisy, carpets dirty. The only thing that saved the impression was the great breakfast, sauna and desserts.

Perfect place with beautiful nature ,ideal for relaxing.

My family and I stayed in the Hygge cabin for 1 night. We had the corners on our list for a long time. Even though it could use some improvement, the overall impression was great. We had a good rest for 1 night and if we could, we would have stayed longer. A few notes: - It's a shame that no one takes guests to the cabin, we think that the cabins deserve some introduction, where is what... a little instruction on the barrel, so that you are more sure that you won't break anything. - The shower cabin is a tragedy, if you are bigger, you basically can't get out of the shower without the bathroom door being open. It could probably be solved better there (sliding door, step into the shower and curtain...) - The cleaning wasn't exactly precise (cobwebs, dust). However, none of this spoiled our overall impression, the accommodation was great, the staff too, the food was very good, the surroundings are beautiful and we will definitely come back.

We were here for a weekend of 2 nights in May 2026. The room was simply furnished, sufficient for an overnight stay, clean with its own bathroom and toilet. The magical forest environment, peace, waking up in the morning to the singing of birds, an excellent breakfast with a choice for everyone, I would especially like to highlight the pancakes. For us, this was followed by a cycling trip to Ledeč, Zruč and back. And then a sauna in the quiet environment of the forest. We took turns in all of them during our stay. Oases of peace around the pond and on the pond. We missed the opportunity to drink and cool down in the furthest forest sauna, which we did not count on after staying in the closer saunas. But we solved everything in the magical cedar sauna on the pond, a few extra steps only benefited us. Restaurant with excellent food, the first evening sirloin steak, the second steak and vegetable salad. The hotel staff was smiling and willing to help and advise. A beautiful long weekend in a peaceful environment. Husband and wife Dinner

Unprofessional staff.

We were just there for lunch. And the food was delicious. The service was great. The environment is beautiful. Newly renovated. We were there with our dog.

Great place to relax without signal. I recommend the breakfast basket 🩷
