Pointe de l'ile Beaulieu

The eastern tip of the Ile de Nantes, around Beaulieu, is listed as an outdoor gay cruising area on the Loire riverbank, a couple of kilometres from the city centre. Activity is reported mostly after dark and in the warmer months. We have no recent confirmation of how busy it is. It is public land also used by walkers and joggers. Be discreet, respect other users, take your rubbish with you and leave if police or locals make it clear you should. Check recent reports before heading out.
