They don't give the opportunity to rate it lower because if they could, they would give less than 5. I don't know how they have a license to operate. Expensive 🫰 and nothing works, 30 seconds in the shower and everything got flooded.
A dilapidated shack that doesn't match the photos at all. The hosts don't care about you or Booking.com support, and they don't respond to anyone. Staying in this homeless den is a dubious pleasure, even for one night. You'll likely just leave and book another hotel, and spend months trying to get your money back, as these hosts don't respond to customer support. Don't waste your money and stress. P.S. If you've fallen victim to these scammers, be sure to contact support, send photos, and describe the current unsanitary conditions. This will help Booking.com remove this property and protect others.
👑👍 amazing
We booked two rooms for five people. Upon arrival, the rooms had been prepared in two different houses, meaning one of the rooms would have to share a bathroom with strangers. The common areas and rooms weren't clean. One bed was right in the middle of the kitchen, and there was mold on the ceiling and a terrible smell—it was impossible for anyone to sleep there. The common areas were disgusting! We tried to reach an agreement with the owner to get some kind of compensation, but without success. The owner was abroad, and we were met by an employee who told us we weren't the only ones complaining because the description was completely inaccurate. The owner told us that if we wanted luxury, we should stay in a hotel, even though we were asking for a minimum standard of cleanliness and amenities. He was incredibly unpleasant and condescending! All this to say that we left immediately. Honestly, avoid this place!
Don't go there, it's an unhygienic environment, the beds are very dirty, it doesn't resemble the photos at all, there are mosquitoes everywhere, the pool has disgusting green water. There's not even soap in the toilets, you'd be horrified if you saw the machine they use to wash the sheets, the so-called kitchen is filthy, there was rotten chicken in the microwave. Don't go, don't waste your money on them. This is definitely not a hotel, if the municipality came to inspect it, they would shut it down. We couldn't sleep all night because of the smell of the beds. My advice is, unless you were homeless before, you shouldn't stay here. It was such a bad experience.
