WOT Costa da Caparica Soul

I stayed at this hotel last weekend and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the service at reception was confusing. The employee seemed to have difficulty locating my reservation, mentioning several random names before finally finding it. Furthermore, we were given an incorrect code to access the room, forcing us to return to reception to correct the situation. Even after receiving the correct code, we had great difficulty opening the door, as the code needed to be entered very quickly; otherwise, the door wouldn't open and would beep. We had to ask for help again. The following morning, we left a note on the door requesting room cleaning. When we returned a few hours later, nothing had been done. We had to leave again and leave the note a second time. Later, upon returning, as we didn't know if the cleaning had been done, I asked at reception if it would be possible to receive clean towels. The employee replied that they would have to check with their colleagues. However, upon going up to the room, we noticed that the bed had been made and the towels changed, which demonstrated some lack of communication between the staff. Another very negative point was the constant noise coming from the road, which made it very difficult to rest. Furthermore, the room lacked adequate air conditioning, making the night extremely uncomfortable due to the heat. The bathroom also had problems, as water spilled all over the floor during showers. Overall, the stay fell far short of expectations. There were several organizational, comfort, and maintenance shortcomings that significantly detracted from the experience.
