The Aberdeen Altens Hotel

Located outside the city but easily accessible by car with a large parking lot. Spacious rooms and good food in the restaurant.

This hotel is 20 mins taxi from the airport, has a nice pool for swimming. Large bar and restaurant area with a good choice of food and buffet breakfast in the morning. Free wifi throughout. Stayed on business. You can pre book taxis in the reception area. Friendly staff who can help with any issues. Worth a visit if your in Aberdeen.

I stayed for one night with my 6 year old and my friend stayed with her daughter in a different room. We had 2 double beds in our room and the room was a great size. Plenty of storage in the room, a fridge, bath and separate room for the sink. Swimming pool is great with little restrictions for use. Hot tub was lovely. Dinner in the hotel was great quality. A little pricey. Breakfast was elite and well recommended. It has everything you'd want in an Aberdonian breakfast with Aberdeen softies, fry up, tattie scones etc and even a pancake making machine which was a hit with the kids. Location is outside of Aberdeen which suited us as we didnt plan to leave. However, if youre looking for a night out in Aberdeen then it's maybe a little out of the way but there are taxis available. Parking had to be paid and it was a bit annoying at check in. £25 damage deposit also seemed ridiculous.

A place to go for peace of mind after😊. The gym was my favorite area with all equipments🤗

This hotel seems to be run by a group of unsupervised interns.

We stayed for 2 days. The room was lovely. The staff were friendly and the spa and pool were nice too. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was outstanding!

I'm a regular at the gym and the wet areas – pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath. We love the place; the staff are great, always available to help, and very friendly.
