About this place Sauna Odín

Sauna Odín is A Coruña's gay sauna, in a side street in Os Castros, east of the centre near the Alfonso Molina road. Its Instagram lists a Finnish sauna, a Turkish steam bath, a jacuzzi, a cinema room, a darkroom and a bar, and the photos show a small, purple-lit place rather than a big spa. It has been posting regularly through September 2026. Google reviews from early 2026 mention a €15 entry (more on holidays) and an 11 pm close; some regulars say it can be quiet midweek. Hours aren't published outside an Instagram highlight, so phone 607 82 38 19 before going. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the Orzán bars.

I don't understand the negative reviews this place has. I went yesterday, Tuesday, shortly after it opened, and there were other people there, but it was clean and comfortable. It's a very pleasant place. If I had to find fault, I'd say I don't like that there's a smoking room; the smell still gets through. And the jacuzzi needs bubbles; there are hardly any.

Hi, I went last night and it was very disappointing. The jacuzzi wasn't available, I couldn't relax, and they still charged me €15. I think they should have told me that when I entered so I wouldn't have gone in because I was there for the jacuzzi.

I went around 9:30 pm and asked if it was late to go in and if there was a good atmosphere. The answer was that there was a good atmosphere and that they closed at 11 pm. Paying to take a bath, thank you.

It was the beginning of January 2026, and I find out they've raised the price by €1, and by €20 on holidays—an outrage. Sometimes it's half empty, and other times it feels like a ghost town. The people who write the reviews here seem to be exaggerating. It's dead, overloaded with useless things. The new jacuzzi looks like an extra-large bathtub—it makes no sense. All that chlorine almost ruined my silver chain, including the crucifix, which I managed to save thanks to a product used in jewelry stores. The drinks are expensive, the entrance fee is expensive, and the sauna looks like a house missing a few Barbies. I don't recommend it at all. If you want to waste money foolishly, go ahead.

Very bad! They told us there would be other people there, but there were only two, and it was a complete disaster! Don't waste your time going there.
