Great location and had fantastic stay. There’s are several streets behind the building you can temporarily park your car to unload bags. Numa remembered to set up the requested baby crib in advance for us which was great to have when we arrived. We upgraded to a 1 bedroom place after seeing a note that the studios might be located on basement level and wanted more light. It was pretty quiet and walking distance to food places. Laundry in the unit was super nice. Only complaint was that hot water ran out quick in the shower. Overall had a great stay and would consider staying at another Numa property in the future.
We arrived and were sent to the basement. The room (next to the garbage room) had a patio, but it was unusable because the door was broken. We asked to change rooms, and they gave us one. The new room had a bed with a broken leg. They never sent anyone to fix it. We had to move the mattress to the living room. They delivered breakfast to the previous room, and we had to go and get it. They also sent us the wrong breakfast. So many problems for just two days in Granada. All this for a supposedly four-star hotel. I wouldn't go back. I recommend you choose a better option.
The property may appear idyllic on arrival, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The bed collapsed before we were even able to use it, leaving us without a proper place to sleep. We reported this immediately, but the host failed to respond or offer any solution throughout our stay. As a result, we were forced to sleep on a mattress on the floor for two nights. This is not a minor issue—it is a basic requirement of any accommodation. The complete lack of communication from the host made the situation significantly worse. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of very poor quality and did not meet reasonable expectations. Overall, this stay fell well below what was advertised, not fit for purpose and could have been easily resolved with minimal effort from the host.
Incredible experience, the room with a terrace is definitely worth it, impeccable cleanliness and the room size is greater than what you normally see in Europe
A lovely apartment, right in the center, which is fantastic!
The 5th flloor has a great terrasse. But there are four huge fans directly in front of your sleeping room. They are very loud day and night and make it impossible to sleep.
