Comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean, and super centrally located apartment. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast service is excellent; they deliver your breakfast to your doorstep; you can choose between savory or sweet options; we chose the sweet option, and it was very good. The location is super central, just a few minutes' walk from everything. Recommended.

The people at Numa surprised us. Their facilities are exceptional, and they provide complimentary toiletries. I would only recommend that they clean the sheets and towels for stays longer than four days. It's conveniently located for getting to the airport or train stations.

Beautiful and well-equipped apartment. We stayed in the one with a terrace, and the city views were amazing. They also provided water, coffee, and tea, which was much appreciated.

Excellent accommodation, spacious and equipped with every comfort, a fully equipped kitchen, a room with comfortable mattresses, plenty of pillows, a large bathroom, and excellent towels. This is my second experience with Numa, and from now on, I'll be making a habit of looking for their properties in future cities.

It's a shame I can only give it 5 stars 💫💫💫💫💫 Incredible apartment with renovated facilities while maintaining some of the building's historical aesthetic. Every detail is perfect. Amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. The bathroom is modern and spacious, with every detail thought of. The sweets for the girls were a lovely touch. The coffee, drinks, etc., were much appreciated. Super clean and the location is unbeatable, despite being on Gran Vía with the traffic. The apartment is very soundproofed. We will definitely return and have already recommended it to family and friends. The mattresses are very comfortable, and the central heating throughout the apartment is a real plus. We were traveling with two girls, and they were delighted and can't wait to come back.

The apartment's location is superb, right on the main avenue. We booked for a full weekend, starting on Friday. We were assigned an apartment in the basement, which seemed fine at first, but upon arrival, we found the door open, which made us a little uneasy. We also noticed that the apartment was next to the room where the garbage bins are kept, which was rather unpleasant. The ground leading to the apartment door was quite dirty, clearly from dragging garbage bags along the floor. We asked to be moved to another apartment; we didn't mind if it was a studio or something larger. They told us there was only one larger one available, and it would cost €70 more. I opted to pay the €70, since we were already there and didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the basement apartment; we had no other choice. After spending the first night, we were in the bathroom the next morning when someone opened the apartment door. We still don't know who it was, but I had to shout that it was occupied and immediately contact an agent who very efficiently changed the apartment access code. It was inevitable that we felt uneasy leaving our valuables in the apartment. On the other hand, the tenants of the apartment next door spent Saturday and Sunday arguing, throwing things at each other, etc., from 8:00 AM. This is, of course, not the fault of the accommodation, but it was very unpleasant, to be honest. Otherwise, the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and clean, and the water in the bathroom was very hot, so it was perfect. It's a shame that certain details made our stay a bit unpleasant at times. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth practically all the time, except when we had to collect our luggage from the building's locker, as our access code had been deactivated and it took us a long time to get in to retrieve our luggage. I sincerely believe that by polishing a few details, you could stand out as a top accommodation option in Granada. Hello, I'm writing again to say that I haven't returned to any Numa chain accommodation due to lack of time, but I want to highlight the company's concern in addressing the negative experience we had with our Granada stay. This leads me to believe that they were truly isolated incidents, as explained to me by management. So, without a doubt, given the excellent locations and quality of their apartments, I will give them another chance. I believe that simply because of their concern for our satisfaction, they deserve my vote of confidence. Thank you, Numa, for the excellent service we received after staying in your apartment.

The autonomous system was excellent, we stayed in a private room that matched the pictures on Booking.com perfectly, it was clean, had convenient transportation, and easy access to squares.

We had an excellent stay at Numa. We stayed in an exterior room with a balcony. The apartment has everything you need to feel right at home. Perfect insulation, a great location for easily exploring Granada, capsule coffee machine, kettle, heating... Everything was perfect! Access is by code only, which was a little difficult at first not having a key, but in the end it turned out to be very convenient! I would definitely stay again!

The apartment is in an excellent location, with everything very close by. Access is also fully automated, so there's no need to worry about keys or cards. What we didn't like was that we were assigned the basement room (S02), right where the garbage rooms and lockers are located. Although the room itself was spacious and modern, the bathroom had no ventilation and gave off an unpleasant smell, probably due to its basement location. Over the weekend, the temperatures dropped considerably, and we wished we had a blanket to be comfortable on the sofa. The bed was a bit hard, but adequate for a short stay. This is the second time I've stayed here; the first time I was on the 4th floor, and the experience was much better.

Excellent, we'll definitely be back. They pampered us with every little detail, providing water, coffee, milk, olive oil—the essentials. What I liked most was the location, and despite being in a basement with natural light, we didn't hear a thing.
