Barceló Murcia Siete Coronas

Barceló Murcia Siete Coronas is a 156-room four-star on Paseo de Garay, looking over the Río Segura about 600 m from the Cathedral. It opened in 1971 as the Siete Coronas and later ran as Occidental Murcia Siete Coronas before taking the Barceló name; it has been fully renovated. There's a rice restaurant (Arrozante), a bar with a terrace, a gym open 07:00 to 23:00 and paid parking. It's a mainstream hotel, not a gay venue. From here you can walk to the old town in ten minutes and to Piscis and Tempe in about fifteen.
