Excellent customer service. Good option for parking. Although the M4 runs right next to it, it's not straightforward to get n or off it. The rooms though are very well insulated and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with our toddler. The rooms are well equipped with cooking utensils etc. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Andrew was particularly helpful with his good local knowledge and clear direction on getting around the area.

Adagio Aparthotel Brentford Review We stayed at Adagio Aparthotel Brentford on three separate occasions: May 15–18, May 23–26, and May 29–31. Every time we emailed the hotel before or during our stays, we received a prompt response. Thank you for that—it was very much appreciated. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, although nothing particularly memorable or exceptional. Unfortunately, throughout our stays, we did not feel much recognition as an Accor Gold member. The complimentary welcome drink options for members were quite limited, and we ended up choosing bottled water each time. Laundry facilities are available on-site for £7.50 per wash and dry cycle, including detergent. While a bit expensive, it is convenient to have the service available when needed. The highlight of our stays was definitely the staff. Elena and Andrew were outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We were extremely impressed with their service and attention to guests. A special thank you to Elena 🥇🥇 for making our stays even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank Adi and Elena for assisting with luggage storage each time we checked out and returned for another stay. Their help was greatly appreciated and made our travel arrangements much easier. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from Heathrow Airport (LHR) via Tube and bus. There are bus stops less than a five-minute walk away, and several train and Tube stations can be reached within approximately 20 minutes on foot. During our stay, we visited The Brook, which is less than a 15-minute walk from the hotel and a great spot for a meal. One evening, we also had dinner at Novotel. After we had already paid and were walking back to Adagio, a staff member ran after my wife insisting we hadn’t paid the bill—fortunately, it was quickly sorted out! 😂😂🤷🏽‍♂️ Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and well-located, with excellent staff who made a positive difference throughout our stays. We would happily consider staying here again.
